I had everhthing prepared to leave after my canceled interview on June 6th. My mistake, I know, but how couldn´t I be excited about it?

My father died 3 months ago, and 2 days after, my fiancée had to return to United States. I haven´t seen her since then.

I love her so much. I too feel weak compared to the whole world she has in NY.

I can´t help but feeling very depressed.

Yeah I think i know how you feel. When I cry to my baby on the phone he cant hear it, he says its like I am his little girl and he wants to do everything possible to comfort me, but he can do absolutely nothing from there to help me, and so it breaks his heart and he feels a bit guilty. ohhhh the heartache its causing for all of us...

I will add to the vent. I left my love the day after he proposed, January 30th. I came back to NY to finish up working for my company that went out of business. So I had a ring on my finger and a wedding to plan and now no sweetheart and 2 months to find a new job. February was a blur of interviews and finally landed one in March. Left my old company (loved everyone I worked with) and said my good-byes. Started my new job with no break in between. I hate my new job. I like the people but the big Corporate world I hate. Back to wearing suits and crotch hugging panty hose!!!! UGH!!!!!! I drag myself to work everyday, counting down the hours to go home and hear from my fiance. His voice makes me get through these days, knowing each day will get us closer. But the problem we have is our process is on hold until I get his additional documents that Vermont office requested. Yes, we have been tagged with the dreaded RFE!!! I feel like we have leprosy, we have been quarantined from the rest of the K-1 applicants. So here I sit, in quarantine, until the papers arrive safely to New York, so I can go to my sucky job and use their copy machine to make copies and send off to Vermont.

So for now I get up, go to work, try to be thankful I have a job, try to be thankful that God found Andreas for me, try to be thankful that he will be here soon, try to be thankful that I have a roof over my head and food in my belly. BUT I WANT TO POUT NOW and be a BRAT and STOMP MY FEET and stick out my tongue!!!!

Then tomorrow as I walk to the train in my corporate wear, and nylons from HELLLLLLLL I will look at my watch and start to count the hours till my moro mou calls me and tells me that I am his world, that he loves me and to never forget that.

So for those that want to ######, I say LET IT OUT!!! But move on in the positive direction, for our own sanity!!!

Everyday, I look forward to speaking with my fiance'. This might sound very pathetic, but neither of us really go out or do anything fun, except occasionally, because honestly, nothing is very fun since we can't be together It's hard for friends to understand why I don't really feel 'up' for anything, but how can I have fun when I miss him so much?

I think this is something we all have in common!

Yep...can totally relate....it is very hard to concentrate at work or do anything fun while we wait..............the wait is miserable but I do try to be thankful each day for all the great things that I do have including my baby!!!

Just knows that things will not be like this forever!!!! (except for those damnnnn pantyhose)

All of us will be will our loved one soon!!!!!

i think i'll add to the vent...

i've seen mine all of 17 days in the last year and a half, in one visit last september. (plane tickets are too expensive for a college kid living on her own, and he's been busy trying to save up money for us.)

and with the emails coming back from the london consulate last week and this, it looks like they might have never received his packet 3 forms back in the first week in april. he's getting a whole other batch together to mail in this week, but we just spent the last 8 weeks waiting for those forms to be processed and now it looks like we're going to be starting this whole part all over again. it really has been one thing after the other... funny how we get put through so much for trying to do it the right way.

i'm sorry to you guys who are having hard times too. i think the only thing that keeps me sane is thinking how much i love peanut butter and how much he hates it, so as long as we're apart i'm free to eat it whenever i like with no complaints. crazy thought i know, but i guess you take whatever positiveness you can get!!

The IMBRA recall was the reason, if it wasnt for that, he should have been here in my arms already

And of course we didnt use one, and I never applied for any other petitions before in my life, and I dont have any kind of a criminal record!!! And really they received my petition the first time around before March 6th, but my check was in the wrong amount, so instead of sending me an RFE for a different check they returned the whole thing without a priority date
