I called yesterday (09/30/2008) and I spoke to an operator and she said my case was completed. I should call back in the 3rd week of Oct to check on my interview dates as they will be booking them by the 2nd week of October. She told me that my interview will most likely be in November.

I'm just going to assume that my case was completed on 09/29/2008, I'll update my NVC Case complete if I find out it was a few days before this.

Oh yeah my embassy will be Montreal, QC, Canada

eYep...after being held up by the PCC, and getting a really stupid RFE (our fault...didn't send pt 2 of the DS-230) we finally got the magic words,

"Case Complete". Took us 45 days from start to finish...if we had our PCC in time and no RFE, probably coulda/woulda/shoulda been done in about 20 to 25 days.
