looks real good. I am also renovating our house atm. All with new floor and stuff.

Did you know that red color where you eat increases your appetite and you eat more? Too late for the warning now, but you probably eat in the dining room anyways

 yeah we eat in the dining room (or in front of the TV in the green room  ) so we aren't near the red wall while eating. :P

Good job!!!!

When we painted our place I chose the colors and I tried to creat an ambiance. In the master bedroom I chose a light green because it's a soothing color and with our dark furniture, it provides a nice contrast. Our master bathroom is also that same green so that the rooms flow into each other. The closet/meditation room has two colors, one wall is a deep purple and the other a hay color. The hallways and stairways are a light yellow (almost like a light sand color) because I wanted light. Downstairs, where we have the kitchen, living room and dining room, it's almost like being in Tuscany. My kitchen is orange-yellow (like the inside of a squash), the living room is a hay color and the dining room has one red wall.

Sept. 27: Filed AOS, EAD and AP

Oct. 6: NOA for AOS, EADand AP received, case was moved from the DC office to MSC

Nov. 23: Biometrics and fingerprint appt.

Nov. 24: AOS and EAD touched

Dec. 3: EAD arrives in the mail!

Sept 19, 2005: E-filed EAD renewal

Sept. 20: I-485 transferred to CSC

Dec 20: RFE notice received

Feb. 13, 2006: RFE received in CSC

Feb. 23: AOS approved

wow, you guys have been busy! And I love that yellow! I eventually want to paint our kitchen/dining area a similar yellow, with white trim and cobalt blue accessories/accents.

Thanks for the update, Christina, I always look forward to seeing other peoples' decorating themes, it's fun. :)

 Found it at a hidden away thrift store I had never been to! And the even better part, my grandmother was with me when I saw it and she paid for it...so it was technically free. :D (tho Sujet and I paid $20 to get it delivered since it wouldn't fit in our vehicle!) :P

Some nice colours there! We're repainting our apartment with (light) colours... the landlord said we could have whatever colours we liked as long as they weren't too lurid, and I like nice bright rooms so I wasn't going to complain. The bathroom is blue with white fittings, the bedroom is going to be a sage green, my craftroom is buttercup yellow, and the livingroom/passage are a pale cream that was supposed to be peachy but it's more like eggshell. It's nice and light and airy though...

Sounds nice! That's very nice that you were able to paint your apt! Many landlords won't allow it. :(

I know... our apartment BADLY needed painting and our new landlord said he couldn't afford to pay a professional to do it right now... but he said he'd buy everything we needed if I just did the work! So it's getting done rather slowly, but at least it's getting done! The colours will be much nicer than the dingy yellowish-cream that's there now. The only sad thing is that I can't repaint the ceilings in the bedroom/craftroom - they have stupid texture stuff on them and it would be FAR too big a job to try and scrape it all off so he told me to just leave them be. I hate the texturing...
