I called the Advisory Opinion office this morning (I'm still curious as to the explanation for the denial, which we never did receive). Well I had to leave a message for some guy and he actually called me back. I couldn't believe it. Well, unfortunately, he didn't have the answer I needed but he was really helpful and is going to have someone else call me who will have the answer. I just think it's really cool that someone from the Department of State actually called me back. Shocking, really.

Don't let the sunshine spoil your rain...just stand up and COMPLAIN!

Yes, well...take heart. His buddy never called me yet. So all may be right with the world, after all (of course it's only been what an hour, lol)!
