Depending on the reason for the non-positive initial result the options will vary.

An actual notice of intent to deny (NOID) generally requires an attorney in country to try to intervene. Otherwise the USCIS tends to take the easy way out and simply let the approved petition expire.

Then you marry and start over, or move to the fiance(e)'s country and live happily ever after etc.

Pana. No te preocupes. Panama is not a tough as some other countries to get the VISA out. If your SO has not committed crimes, been denied before or has never been to "Coiba", Mathias Hernandez or Carcel Modelo. He should not have a difficult time. Pa' 'lante chica.

Those are the things I see denials for. Otherwise, if the paperwork is in order, it's all good.

I'm so sorry to hear this. I read your other posts about the waiver that was required.

I hope you guys are able to get it all sorted out, it would be also a good idea to consult with a lawyer.

I can't do the waiver because we're not married.Oh well,that will change soon.
