signing forms 129 and 325

how do u have your fiance sign the forms? Do u send them or can you get something noterized so u can sign for them?

they can down load off the internet and fill out or you can send to them and they fill out and send back to you signed have to sign in black ink you are not married so no power of attorney. good luck

tell ur fiance/e to print the g325A forms then scanned it and send it to ur email in that case u can print them.

however you will need your fiance/e's passport photo and signature at the back.

Get your fiance to fill the forms (send him the link) and then have him fill, sign and then mail them to you. They do not need to be notarized.

Only the US Citizen signs the I-129F. Each individual signs all four pages of the G325a themselves. There are a number of ways to accomplish this, mentioned already. Some take more time than others. Technically, USCIS has a policy stating they won't deny an otherwise properly filed petition for the lack of a signature on the G325a but I've never advised anybody to test that. I suppose their thinking is that the same information will be on the visa application the beneficiary will sign later anyway.

dont forget Original statements (from both the US Citizen and foreign fiance) certifying an intent to marry within 90 days of entering the US on a valid K-1.... that need to be signed as well.

She can download that form, sign it and fax, it'll be faster. Or as we did, I sent him my signature or sheet of paper and he just signed it instead of me. You can try this too.

Make sure your fiance prints all 4 pages and signs all 4 pages.
