hi , we were received November 12. just now did we get a noa and it is for my step son and not my wife...lol man i felt the same way you did last night. i was angry at people on here that received their noa i thought we were lost in the pile up was feeling hopeless and cynical. i got Alexci's noa and things DO get better!!!! i know everyone and their mother tells you to be patient but it is just USCIS they are SOOOOO screwed !!!

Over 80 people have read this post thus far. and only 2 people have offered emotional support?? thought this whole website was based on support!!!!!!

it is like seeing a car accident and nobody stops to help..come on people positive, insightful words for these people who need support.

Hi,

I mailed my i-130 app. on septemeber 24th,i just recieved my noa1 last friday(feb1st)....120 days

i know the feeling,i thought i was the only one waiting for my NOA1,their website is useless, because what i been told was, when they started sending I-130 to chicago to process, the service centers, just threw the applications into boxes,in no particular order.so in other words,a september file or a november file can be sitting in a box with january apps......so,if you're like me,you're thinking it got lost,...no,it is somewhere, they will get to you, hang in there.

Hang on there - ours took 122 days and still cant access but that is inmaterial at this point - the waiting is the worst - and yes there are so many in the same boat that it makes Noah's Ark look like a canoe....
