I’ve had 4 service requests with absolutely no answers. They received my husband application since September 29th 2017, he did his biometric on october 23rd 2017, but we have received nothing. We’ve been calling and they can’t give us an answer, and the service requests created are not getting any responses. They keep transferring us to higher lever of customer service (officers and senior officers), but even them cannot tell us anything. I am tired

I did a week before you. You will get respond in a week or so from now on probably. It took EXACT 6 month to get SR response since day 1 of applying. Good luck!

I thought the I-765 was supposed to take 90 days. Anyways, did you already get yours? Exactly 6 months to get an answer for service request? Wow

So I got an email notification today saying there was a response to my husband’s service request. The status on the USCIS website remains the same, but the case history changed.

hi everyone,

update:

my pd is September 18 for EAD application along with Ap and aos.

I created new Account in new site

myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov

In new website status changed to "we are producing your card and we will mail it to you" but the old website it still shows case received.

So the new uscis website is more accurate.

Isn't it sometimes even if the status is scheduling interview but still later on it's waived?

Just can hope.
