July filer here. I just recieved my NOA1 with PD of July 24th.  Considering the package was sent in on June 22nd, it's already going poorly.  Hopefully it will improve.

If I misspelled any of your usernames - I couldn't read my own handwriting anymore. But the list will give us a sense of how things will be dealt with and in which time. Please let us all know if you receive an RFE or NOA2. Oh, and for those of you who have updated their timeline: Thank you very much! And for those of you who have not, please do so and provide the support and help to others through our own experience.

 

In the meantime, lets pick up on the advise we received from "Patient" and work on the documents we need for the next step.

 

It is a waiting game from now on! Stay happy!

Hello everyone!

My husband and I sent our I-130 on the 26th and got our text notification yesterday, the receipt date being the 31st. Not sure yet if our priority date is going to be in July or August though (I assume it's the 31st?).

Sadly, our case is being processed in Nebraska so it seems we have a long wait ahead of us.

We already managed to see the first months pass... and I was just reading the Feb and March filers. At least Potomac is processing March already. Looks like the first to proceed to NOA2 will be our Potomac subgroup.

I didn't get my NOA1 yet. I am thinking I will be an August applicant.

Hello July filers, adding another to the list:

July 22: I-130 package sent to Phoenix lockbox

July 27: Text and email that package was received and being routed to Nebraska

Aug 1: i-797 received showing PD July 24  

 

Prayers to all for speedy and error free processing and hoping Nebraska works hard to catch up to the rest of the field.
