I was denied for us visa twice in week under section 214(b). During my 1st interview i was unable to confirm officer about my strong ties up. Second time i was denied for same reason but was not asked regarding my ties with my country. My training joining date was about to start from 28 th of december. Please help me ..

It is hard to get an approved only a few weeks after a rejection, unless your circumstances have changed majorly.

 

Wait a year or two, and try again.  IN the meantime, take a few trips to Europe or such, and return so you have a travel history.  Also, make it very clear why you NEED to do this training in the USA, why can't you do it in your home country, Canada, or somewhere else?

If you can't show strong ties to your home country, there is nothing anyone here can do to help you.

 

The reality is that you will not get a visa after two recent denial.

I like Penguin's idea of traveling to some other places, like Europe, and showing a pattern of returning to India and not overstaying.

With two consecutive denials based on ties, you pretty much don't have a chance unless, like others mentioned, something changed significantly (e.g. you inherited millions of dollars worth of real estate in India, bought a house and land, etc.). Your best bet is to wait a number of years before applying again.
