k1 Visa status Ap > Ready now AP again and Creation date has been changed to today's date

Hello everyone

I had an interview on 8th of September 2016 to US embassy Islamabd, CO asked me different question which I answered correctly he then asked me for my fiancé entry/exit stamp which I didn't had so he gave me 221G White. My visa status went to AP, I submitted the passport copies on the same day to american express. CO kept my passport and he said submit the document and we'll review your case again.
On 11 September my visa status changed to Ready.
And its still the same on 20 September.
On 21st of September it changed again to AP and creation date also has been changed to today's date. and it says

"Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved, it will be processed and mailed/available within two business days"

Can anybody tell me
Is it a positive signs?
How long it will take?

Just like it says it is going through the process. Give it some time. If after a week or two if nothing changes them-n start inquiring.
