I feel your pain CRamak, was supposed to have our interview today but hospital called Monday and said we had to do more tests that take two months to get results. Was expecting in and out now our plans are up in smoke, as we don't know when our interview will be, and aren't sure what to do in this situation. Only thing I could do was email the consulate but haven't received a reply back yet. I'm thoroughly bummed out this is the way the year ends.

It is tough to have to wait. Almost like waiting time for NOA2. I'm hoping and I believe after the test, all will go smoothly from there. I have heard of people at our embassy going through these kinds of "extra" test and had their interview and got approved after they got their test results ready. So hang in there and stay positive in the meantime. Best of luck to y'all.

Interview today in London....

He was approved!!!!!! He said the officer even joked at the end and said, "I'm sorry but......it looks like you're packing your bags soon!"

Congratulations to all approved! My prayers and positive wishes to all who is still waiting, CRamak all my prayer.

My fiance with the baby arrived Friday afternoon, very tired but all well, yesterday shopping for warm clothes, baby food we got tired but very happy! AS I was always feelling, in person we are great! Long distance and chats are not easy. I wish in this Holiday season all luck to you all, specially who are still waiting.

07/19/2016 - NOA1 (California Service Center)         04/23/2017 - AOS package delivered                                          09/19/2019 - Printed everything again and mailed it correctly

09/02/2016 - NOA2 (45 days)                                 04/29/2017 - AOS text and email notifications                             09/23/2019 - ROC Case Was Received

09/15/2016 - NVC case number assigned                 05/04/2017 - NOA1 received for AOS, EAD, AP                            12/02/2019 - Biometrics Appointment (Got notice late, missed appt)

7/7 - NOA 1

8/29 - RFE

9/13 - Notice received RFE reply

9/19 - NOA 2

10/12 - Called NVC & Received Case Number, Case Ready at Embassy

10/17 - Received NVC Case Number Letter in mail

12/2 - Interview (Denial, 221g issued asking more relationship proof)

12/8 - Additional Proof Submitted

12/9 - 221g issued again asking for more relationship proof (same items they asked for previously)

12/16 - passport returned to fiance in mail with 2nd 221g letter

12/23 - Additional Proof Submitted

12/27, 12/28, 12/29 Date updated on case

1/5 Passport Status changed to "passport being processed for delivery" CEAC status still says "administrative processing"

1/9 Passport delivered to hometown with VISA ISSUED!! CEAC status still says "administrative processing"

1/26 POE Seattle

2/25 Married (CEAC status still says visa is in "administrative processing" - haha)

We handed in our third/last round of relationship proof last week. It was sent to the embassy in India. Since then our case date was updated on Dec 27, 28 and 29. I know that means they are working on the file. I just wish I knew if it was good news or not. We are still listed in "administrative processing" It's put an incredible strain on us personally.. ugh.. our date for the officiant/marriage is January 28th and I need to start thinking about changing it. I just don't know what date to change it to. I've already put a deposit on the resort handling the marriage (it's like a romantic elopement package so they coordinate many things..flowers/cake/officiant/photographer, etc) .. they will want a new date... I feel so stuck. I guess I'll see if any status change tomorrow. IF not, I'll call the resort. :(

For those that have made it here I would love to know what steps you have done first for AOS.. SS number? marriage? how has it been going?

7/1 - mailed I-129

7/7 - NOA 1

What a hard time you're having there Cramack...when the CO didn't even ask me for any proof of relationship...I had everything and he didn't even look at ithe. I think with everything you submitted, they will approve it. Do not call the resort yet. Keep hope. January is still far...wait...and be strong.

This new visa journey update has made the mobile site weird and now I can't get to desktop mode. I wrote a long detailed response and it didn't post. ?
