Biometric services fee for Removal of Conditions (Merged threads)

I'm preparing my wife's RoC I-751 application and I see that the filing fee is $505. Is says an $85 biometric services fee is required for petitioner. However, the instructions also say that it is required for conditional residents, but not lawful permanent resident spouses.

This being RoC, my wife has the two-year green card and is a conditional permanent resident. Which category would she fall into: needing to pay the biometric services fee or not? Thanks!

Thank you! Can I send a single check for the total amount of the two fees? I don't see that mentioned in the official instructions or VisaJourney guide.

I'm the U.S. citizen and my wife is the conditional resident. Two years ago we filed for her AoS through marriage to me. I'm filling in the Removal of Conditions I-751 form to be sent out in a few months.

In part 7, the section titled "Acknowledgement of Appointment at USCIS Application Support Center," there is a box to sign the petitioner's name saying that she understands the purposes of a USCIS ASC appointment is to provide fingerprints, photograph, and signature.

Part 8 has the same section ("if applicable") for the spouse (me), but I'm confused why they would use the exact same wording since I've never provided my fingerprints or any biometrics to USCIS, as I'm the American citizen spouse.

Am I reading the form correctly? Who would normally fill in part 8?

Thank you for your help!
