Hi everyone.

I know I am not a October Filer; I am a August Filer but noticed October was missing from the mix and it's already the 7th so here you go October Filers! Good luck to all your AOS's!

Our packet was sent out on Oct 6th. Prepared for a long wait.

K-1 Visa -  Date of arrival to US  Aug 30, 2014

Married September 26, 2014

AOS: SEPT 24th, 2015 GREEN CARD RECEIVED !! 

ROC:  Oct 10, 2018    Approval of ROC via online USCIS site.  

Naturalization: March 26th, 2021 Approved!!

As of 2022, we are working towards moving back to Australia likely in 2025.

I'm in for the long haul. Filed i-130 about a year ago. October filer for i-485... Don't even know what to expect from USCIS part Deux. - NVC was a nightmare

12.02.14 : RFE sent

12.30.14 : EAD in production

01.07.15 : EAD mailed

01.08.15 : EAD received!!

:clock: Awesome! My packet was received last Thursday... How many more days do I wait for the 3 texts? Hope Columbus Day didn't slow things down too badly. Would at least like to see my check ca$hed this week :)

I would think any day now you would get those texts. Our check has not been cashed yet either.

Sent my package Oct 13th via FedEx... Delivered today the 15th at the Chicago office. Delivery confirmation package signed by Beavers. Hopefully hear from them next week. I heard cases were running real fast from people near me who filled the same process.

12.23.2014 I-765 : New Card is being produced (Day 71)

I-131: Case was approved.

12.31.2014 Card Was Mail to me (Day 79)

01.03.2015 Card Received (Day 82)

02.28.2020 Biometrics Appointment letter sent for 3/18/2020 USCIS Bronx. 

03.18.2020 Went to appointment, but USCIS closed all offices this day. Sign said USCIS will contact me to re-schedule. 

09.05.2020 Re-scheduled Biometrics Appointment letter sent for 09/22/2020 USCIS Bronx. 

09.22.2020 Went to appointment, took biometrics. Walk out in less than 5 mins. 

03.06.2021 Online Notification of Interview Scheduled. 

03.08.2021 Online Letter available Interview Scheduled for 04/15/2021.

Sent our AOS package on October 12th and just recieved the 3 txt and emails last night with the MSC # included....checked uscis case status and is showing Acceptance for the I485...and Initial review for the I765 and I131...I'm wondering why the I485 shows different than the other 2....and ideas anyone? ??

My package was received on Oct. 9 and last night I received all three emails and they have all been forwarded to NBC. My i-485 is still in Acceptance while the others in Initial Review. Don't think it means much of anything. Let's just hope they'll forward case to USCIS Local Office in due time. How are processing times lately?

I485 stays in Acceptance, then moves to testing & interview, once you get your biometrics done. Its normal.
