Oh, I am, and trying to make sure I'm posting to FB and Twitter at least once a day and getting people fired up about this. I'm going to keep the pressure on until they fix this. Apparently I've got a long wait ahead of me. (regardless of the way we do it.) Well, that's a lot of time to spend complaining loudly in every possible social media platform. I've got a lot of incentive, too. We're not talking about some random stranger that I just met. We're talking about my husband of many years, the father of my children, one of the most important people in my life. I'll fight for him to get here to the ends of the earth if I have to.

I got a transfer notice on the 25th. My "priority" date is 3/8/2013.

From what i've currently seen in VJ petitions are transferred to Nebraska or Texas so far. So it's not a local office and then can work for your case as well. I'm still waiting for the hard copy notification to find out where ours went though.

Just called the USCIS, the first representative just told me the same thing on the website regarding the processing times for I-130, waited for tier 2 officer, asked her when was the last time my case was touched she said last week, Oct 16. What does this mean? My PD is March 25. It's been 8 months, and this ####### is getting on my last nerves.

mine is MSC139075485X very close to this approved one MSC1390754845, i hope mine gets approved before, rather than it gets transferred somewhere, or at least with a status of being in process at NBC and not possible to transfer.

I don't understand how those numbers work. My number is msc13907021XX, which I assumed is 50000 ahead of that number. PD is march 4. However my case still "initial review", no transferred no approved. Can anyone explain why?

Same #######... so I asked to be transferred and the guy was like" ok, since you're refusing my help, I will transfer you" I said very nicely ( biting my tongue)" I'm not refusing your help honey, I just don't think you have enough information in front of you" So now I'm on a 55 minute call back... Not bad for a Monday morning.. I'm so not getting my hopes up...

I think its a lost cause to try and type in random numbers looking for approvals. Not all MSC numbers are I-130's.. I am pretty sure they at least separate the I-130's from the other types of files. I think I read that each adjudicator is assigned to a certain type of file ( I-130's or K-1's etc.) I could be wrong but that could explain the gaps in approvals....

Let us know how it goes! I called for the first time in like 4 months about two weeks ago. Same old same old. Going to try again tomorrow because last time I tried to change my address, but it never showed up online. Gotta confirm if it was changed or not.

We are in the same boat (filed from Canada) and got transferred last week. My email notice said to another USCIS office, then changed to local office. Have no idea where my file is now, hoping to get the paper copy this week. I tried calling on Friday but the Tier 2 said their system has not been updated yet to show the transfer location.

On October 28, 2013, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made.

That's what i think too. Also, USC filing I-130 for a spouse is probably a different process than for example for an adoption, and they're all I-130. There's just not enough info to make a conclusion there.
