I recieved my k1 Visa package today, it was wrapped in a grey plastic which had my passport and a large light brown envelope in it (on the envelop had the words do not bend written on it). I've been reading online and noted that most people says that they receive their passport with a white envelope (on the envelope is written do not open); however the package I recieved was nothing like that, my passport has the Visa stamp in it however the envelope does not have my name written on it nor does it have do not open. Is this common, has anyone recieved their package like this, I am a bit worried as my envelope does not have my name on it nor does it say do not open. I am currently living in the UK hoping to move to the states in a few weeks Thanks

I’m a k1 holder and I’m in the US. I married my spouse within the 90 days. My lawyer filed concurrent i-485 with “ I-130 “ In addition to i-765 and i-131. I saw people posting that k1 holders don’t need to file i-130. My pd is March, 31. My status is “ Case was received and a receipt notice was sent “. I don’t prefer withdrawing the process and wait again. I didn’t even have my work permit. What do you think guys ? I called my lawyer and they said they know how things work and just relax!

Hello, I posted a question before but my situation is changed so I post a new question here. I have this situation and like to get some advice. I know one woman in Vietnam online about 6 months ago while living in the US. I traveled to Vietnam to meet her about 3 months and I am still in Vietnam with her. I like to sponsor her to the US. My questions are: 1. Since I knew her only a few months, do you think I can file I-134 Fiancee visa / I-130 Spousal visa? which one is better to get approved on the interview? 2. About income, I have $50,000 cash in a bank account, $200,000 in stocks and 401k, $$20,000 yearly income, spousal support $1,500 / month , do you think I am qualified to file I-864? Before I file I864, should I sell some stocks and deposit money into my bank account? 3. About domicile, I currently use my ex-wife home address on my driver license, bank accounts and everything else since we just divorced. Should I change my address to my sister's house in the same state? 4. Do you think I can file a I-134 Fiancee visa / I-130 Spousal visa while living in Vietnam and wait until she passes the interview so we can travel together to the us? Thanks very much!
