Hi everyone I come usa three days go can anyone please guide me how can I apply for the SSN and which document I need to submit with SSN  and is there still I need I 94 arrival form because he didn't he give me to fill any form only I get the form us custom border form which I fill and submit the in Abu Dhabi

You can get the i-94 printed from the website. Just google i-94.

Then you take that and your passport to a local social administration office where you fill out an application form, these can also be found online if you want to fill it out beforehand.

Don't wait - go as soon as possible. Since the i-94 information from CBP is updated electronically nowadays, no need to wait more than a day or two.

how many days usually before you get your actual ssn / card? some states require a ssn to get a license...so i am just wondering if you have to have the card on hard to do it or if they assign and give you your ssn on the day you submit your application?

N-400     28-Jun-21 Filed online ~ 28-Jun-21 Received NOA + "Biometrics will be re-used" notice ~ 14-Dec-21 Interview scheduled ~ 25-Jan-22 Interview. Approved. Case status: Oath will be scheduled.  ~ 01-Feb-22 Oath scheduled. ~ 14-Feb-22 Oath ceremony.

This really depends on if they are able to verify your status immediately through their electronic system/database or not. For the majority of ppl verification is instant - in whích case you will have the card within 14 days, some get it as fast as 4 or 5 days even, but you don't get the number until you get the card (there are a few instances where they will - license is not one). In some instances, verification can take time (for me 8 weeks) but you won't know this until you apply. Hopefully you will have no problem. 

As far as license go - make sure you check ALL your state's requirements for this. It can be quite hard to get a license before having your EAD in many states, or you will get one that expires when your i-94 does - it varies greatly.

You can file for SSN with a valid K1 visa for free. Once your K1 expires or even a week before it expires, they won't accept it. You will have to wait for your EAD or green card to get one after that.

Current timeline:

 

July 2019 - filed I-751

August 2020 - filed N400

Sept. 2020 - i-751 status "Case Was Transferred to a New Office". Transferred to NBC.

April 12, 2021 - N400 interview in LA passed (with a pending i-751)

May 20, 2021 - I-751 status changed to Approved and N400 status changed to Oath Will Be Scheduled. 🤩

May 21, 2021 - received a call and email from USCIS Los Angeles with my NOA with my oath schedule.

May 28, 2021 - oath taking schedule in USCIS DTLA office. 😍

It's free for everyone to get a SSN card if you are applicable to have one. No fees for anyone who applies.

Bring your K-1 visa, passport, I-94 printed out, and your birth certificate just to be sure. 

01/13/2016: I-129F filed  07/15/2016: K-1 visa in hand
10/13/2016: Filed AOS + EAD/AP.   07/07/2017: Permanent resident (Conditional)
04/16/2019: Filed ROC  11/17/2020: Approved. (10 yr GC)

it's 14 days before expiry that they won't issue. They need to be fully verified by that time.
