what did you apply for?

Visiting visa

Then the reason for your refusal is that you didn't show sufficient proof of enough ties to your home country.

If you keep apply and nothing has changed with you you will keep getting denied.

Do you have US citizen relations?

They would have told you the reason.

Yes I have but I don't want to get married I just want to get the opportunity visit

Confused by this.  What does having US relatives have to do with you getting married?  Do you mean you have a US boyfriend?

You likely were, in fact told why you were denied, as others have pointend out.  The law says you are thought to be planning to go and stay in the US until you satisfy the visa officeer that you have strong enough reasons to go home.  You did not do that.  Unfortunately, people in your same situation leave their jobs and chidren all the time to stay in the US, especially if they have some personal relationships there.  Plus, applying four times in what is likely a relatively short amount of time makes you appear desperate to get into the US for some reason, more than a simple vacation trip.

With your attempts, did you wait a certain amount of time between each application?

If you don't wait at least 3-4 months between them it can look like you're desperate to get a visa to the US despite your business and all.

You need to evaluate what info you put on the application and how each interview went to figure out why you got denied.
