WHAT DO YOU MEAN? I WENT THROUGH THAT PROCESS, AND I CALLED THEM LIKE 1000 TIMES, I EDUCATED MYSELF ON HOW THEY WORK.

NVC WORKS DIFFERENT BUT USCIS WORKS WITH THE TIMELINE THEY GIVE YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE CENTER.

Then things have changed. They are processing files way outwith the published timescales. You cannot educate yourself on how they work. Even the agents don't know how they work, when they actually do work. They also do not process files in the order in which they receive them.

at least we are closer to the end compared to August or September of last year. what a terrible system. I see that no one has touched your case since assigning an ARN. Your file is collecting dust, as is the rest of ours. what a shame nothing can be done to speed up the system.

Currently immigration timeline indicates they (TSC) are working on July 31 2014 petitions.

However, that date changes every day. Sometimes it goes forward once a day, sometimes it goes backwards.

I know how you must be feeling. I went through the same thing. It is very hard especially when I see people who filed

later got approved sooner than us.

Here is how accurate this timeline we have here. This is for CSC petitions though.

It's just so disheartening when we see people who filed after we did who are already in the USA and married. We are not so naive that we believe that anything in life is fair; but there are levels of reasonable unfairness .... and then there is this :ranting:

What I mean is that you cannot simply assume that since it has been over two months since the last processing date, you can add the time that has gone by and find out what month they are working on now. If there were a one-to-one correspondence between real time elapsed and petitions approved, then TSC would never have been behind in the first place. Igor's List on this site was designed to provide the sort of real-time self-reported information that USCIS does not, although it is not without flaws.

Those CSC dates are irrelevant to this question. The situation at TSC is vastly different. There are still many on VJ waiting from June, there have been some from July completed but I haven't seen any for August. There is no consistency or order.... it is totally haphazard. If you call them they provide ridiculous outdated answers. The lack of organisation and procedure is disturbing. The wait is extremely distressing.

I wish you all the best and hope that your turn is soon. (but in date order....of course.. ;) )

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number

Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere, and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .
I-129F Sent : Jul 28 2014
TSC received: Aug 04 2014
I-129F NOA1 : Aug 06 2014
I-129F NOA2 : Feb 25 2015 (NOA2 copy rcd: Mar 02)

Sent to NVC: Mar 09 / Left NVC Apr 1 / Arr Embassy Apr 7 / Pkt 3 Rcd Apr 15 / Medical Apr 17 / Pkt 3 sent May 1 / Interview May 12

Left NZ May 15

We filed in November via the TSC and received our NOA2 on December 22. Don't know why the wait has been so long for you, but stay positive! Good luck with your petition.

The wait is long for us all because we aren't being expedited like you were. OP, please disregard any Phillipines filers. They are expedited and we cannot compare our processing times with theirs. As far as I can tell, TSC is still working on late June/early July.

Well all Phillipines go in front of the line so it's not surprising you got yours quick.
