We only have an ex-employee's word that the company refused to fire him because of being a Muslim (which of course you wouldn't fire him because of his religion, you'd fire him because of being a moron but there's lots of companies that refuse to fire morons, generally because the boss is also a moron).. However this company is also going through a lot of problems at the moment regarding abuse allegations. So firing one guy is the least of their worries.
