At dweels i know i made a copy of it so that should not be the problem its more of do i need an appostille because it is at an embassy overseas i sended this one to uscis and to the nvc so that should be fine

April 17 2015 send I-130

April 22 2015 recieved I-130 vermont

april 28 2015 noa 1 in the mail

September 21 2015 transffered from vermont to california

October 05 2015 I-130 approved at california

october 09 2015 noa 2 in the mail

October 21 2015 case recieved at nvc

December 9 2015 all mail at nvc

January 16 2016 case completed at nvc

Travel safe, Montreal is having some nasty weather today. My husband flies out from Montreal at 5:30 am for a quick 4 day visit, hoping his plane isn't delayed.

Yeah - mine is a quick 3 days lol. Flight leaves at 745 EST. I land at 1230am. Interview at 1030, then fly home first thing on Friday! My wife is flying up from Atlanta - some nasty weather. Her flights have been delayed. She's a little worried.

Atlanta is notorious for delaying flights, lol especially Delta out of ATL. I was stuck there last time for 6 hours, but they bumped me to first class for free. Everything will work out for you guys! :) Very exciting...
