How can I check if ecuador is closed for august interviews??? I called NVC and the rep said NVC is still scheduling interviews until mid July but she have no idea if ecuador is closed for august. Is there a page/link/website I can check? Or can I call the embassy???

No. Calling the Embassy will get you no where. They will tell you to call NVC.

I only said that my stepson's case is an IR2 because of this

But I'll take your word for it. Either way, it's a huge relief to be in the final steps in completing this journey.

I saw that too and it gave me hope that they are shaving down the time between CC and interview.. When is your CC?? Did you try calling to see if you have been scheduled??

My case completed on may 25th and still there is no interview date i call this morning and nothing has been scheduled yet,
