Hey peeps :)

Just a quick update..... I used the online form yesterday to contact the Montreal Consulate asking for a change of date. I received an email this morning saying my file is still with NVC....

So I will keep checking CEAC and try again once I see the files are sent....

**fingers crossed**

Hubby and I were brainstorming different options and dates and travel plans and such, and our heads are spinning!!

Hey Christina G did you get the email confirmation from the NVC about the interview date.

Just a little "fine tuning" after "AT NVC"... "IN TRANSIT" means that NVC has entered your packet into the DHL system. Your status will stay "IN TRANSIT" while your packet is still physically at NVC

I am also waiting on my wife's interview in Juarez. I called today and they told me they were going to start scheduling next week!! CC is April 16th. I really hope we hear something next week! They

I have a question, do people filing for CR-1 visas need to have Biometrics and fingerprinting stuff done?

Yes for India you have to make an appointment for biometrics.

Anyone knows when DR starts scheduling appointments. ...no one at nvc or traveldocs seems o know ?

DR is its own little machine they are a busy embassy. Have no idea. Just have to wait I am sure its coming soon.

Not yet :P though I am checking my email almost as much as I was when I was waiting on the CC letter! LOL!

hey so i just called the nvc and we have an appointment date!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yay so excited. anyway its for july 22 at 9 am and it was just scheduled yesterday.. can we get that updated on the spreadsheet dwhells76?

I am looking forward to receive my interview letter tomorrow, We received the email CC last friday so maybe tomorrow will be the time.

As dwells said just breathe?.

though I am still organizing my docs, photocopying communications, pictures etc.. being pregnant is a double stress for me plus still working too.. oh well, lets hope for the best and think always we're almost there at the finish line.

I called NVC yesterday and still no interview date.The lady did say that the interviews dates and based on your NOA2 ..i.e USCIS approval PD..not the NVC CC date..Our PD is Sep2 2014.As far as what dates they are currently processing ..she said she was not allowed to give out that info..I am just waiting to get my wife over...This is taking soooo long!!!!

29th SD here as well. Got the email yesterday. We mailed in the checklist twice after we noticed my husband forgot put signature and date on the earlier mailed in I-864 form. So the journey has began again..Sad but all worthy
