I just learned how to calculate std deviations and run bell curves... if my calculations are correct 95% of cases will be completed within 2 std deviations of the mean which would be from 50-74 days.

That's nice

There are statistical tests to show how random the data is. Fun subject you should keep reading.

I'm getting anxious because they scanned our IV/AOS package 12/01/15 and today is 12/03/15... I see people with scan dates of 3 days later getting approved.. why do they give packages priority dates if they don't do them in that order? :(

I know the feeling, I'm the same scan date. Yes it is frustrating that they give these priority dates and they don't follow them, but I think we're stuck in a slow queue. I would be happy if it takes 70 days with no checklist.

Hopefully good news will come tomorrow. Good luck!

NVC Scan Date - 1/13/15

Case Complete - 3/11/15 (confirmed via 3 n/a, and then over the phone)

Interview Scheduled email - 3/12/15

Interview Date - 4/22/15 (Warsaw Poland)

Sorry I don't have an updated timeline, but I hope the quick turn around from case complete to the interview scheduling email gives people some hope that the process may be working a little smoother :)

Day 72 and counting!

Called again and got told to call back next Friday if I haven't heard anything

Earlier this week I asked for our case to be reviewed by a supervisor and today was told that it could take up to 30 days for a supervisor to review!!!!!

The gal also mentioned that EP's are taking longer than usual, no explanation why just they are taking longer.

It's so frustrating!!!!!
