I just called the NVC to see what's going on with my case. I had received approval letter on september 16th. They said they haven't received my case yet. I don't know what should I do

I'm a week ahead of you. NVC will eventually tell you to send an e-mail to nvcresearch@state.gov with a scanned copy of your NOA2 attached. I wrote the following:

Hello,
I was instructed this morning to send you a copy of my notice from USCIS, which I've attached. USCIS approved my K1 petition on September __th, but my case has yet to arrive at NVC.
My receipt #: SRC-
Petitioner: xxxxx, xxxx
Beneficiary: xxxx, xxxx
You can contact me at this e-mail address (frustrateddude@visajourney.com) or at 1-800-123-4567. Please let me know if you have any questions or need any more information.
Thank you,

I tried using the DHL tracking method that was mentioned before but came up empty, any other ideas of tracking a cases from NVC to a consulate

Did u type it exact? With spaces? Also the 1st time I did it I put mmddyyyy and it has to be ddmmyyyy. Also make sure to change the date range to your ship date.

So play around with your dates and try EXP 20 Oct 2014A then just change the date range but only the first date to like the 19th. See if that works. And did u go to shippers reference not the regular tracking?
