As of November 4, 2014, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxxx, for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. SInce we have the EAD/AP already, we can wait for the GC interview longer, but we just don't want to miss our scheduled appointment date! Any suggestions?

We did this, it produced absolutely zero action. They seem completely unconcerned. I'm not concerned either, there's no WAY we actually have an interview date yet. The automated email response I got said I would receive a response by December 5th. I am totally not banking on that.

Your initial timeline is similar to ours. However, your AOS status changed about a month before us. Since you never received any action from the e-request, are you just waiting it out or are you pursuing other actions to get an update, such as requesting an info-pass? We are only concerned in that our understanding is that if you miss your interview date (assuming you are not wavered), your AOS is automatically denied. So we are kind of getting paranoid about missing emails or notifications. It is fine if the interview is scheduled next summer or something, we just want to make sure we don't miss the appointment date!

Hi sis! We have the same situation, I'm still waiting till December 13 that's what I received after I filed for an EREQUEST. Oh my well there's nothing we can do but wait. Atleast we have our work permit now. Did you start working already? I've been working a week after I recieved my Card. I'm doing a lot of overtime since we have to catch up with our finances and also to help my husband with the utilities. Slowly we are all going to get that green card. Omg I'm so frustrated. We got his EAD today and I had typed 3/18 instead of 3/16 on the damn papers and no one caught it at biometrics or RFE. I can't believe I messed up the paperwork after I spent so much time looking and looking at it for errors. We were so excited when we got the email he was getting one, and now it's like omg do we have to pay to have this resubmitted since it's our fault about the typo? Cash is short and everything else was right ugh /facepalm I've been trying to look on here, but no one ever updated their information when they had typos similarly. Also, nothing on the interview. I just feel so hopeless because I don't really have the what $380 to pay when it is a simple mistake that should have been caught at biometrics
