Accept the job offer so they can conduct an everify check. If everify would need some information then we will advise you what to do. Don't be afraid. I've been through that process also.

I just checked the USCIS website and my EAD has jumped to "My card was ordered to be produced" and AP has been approved! Woohoo I'm so happy!!

If they catch you working for cash without your EAD or Green card your AOS will be denied and you can even get deported! We are still not 100% admitted in this country until our green card is aprove

Hey guys! Congratulations to all who got their AED on hand!as of today my AED is being mailed to me....how long does it take for me to recieve it from the mail? I got hired as a Home Health a nurse but I need to get my Drivers license and without AED card i cannot apply at DMV. Any input? Thank you all!

2 exact days!! You will have it Wednesday :) mine was shipped last Monday adn got here Wednesday they do it priority mail

It didn't happen to me but if I check my status in USCIS my AP was aproved before my EAD so I guess that's why you got 2 emails.

Mine took a week to be produced then once they email it took 2 days to arrive

Hmm mine took 3 days from Ordered to MaileD... Then after mailing it will take 2 days..

congrats you can now apply and accept Job offers because your in Everify. The EAD is effective based on the order date. I notice it's the AP that were approved first followed by the EAD

06/23/14 - Interview

Adjustment of Status

09/05/14 - Sent in for AOS/EAD/AP

09/09/14 - Case was received

09/25/14 - Biometrics done (early walk-in)

09/26/14 - RFE (needed additional tax documentation and Affidavit of Support issues) :ranting:

11/04/14 - Sent RFE response

11/07/14 - Received RFE reponse (RFE Response Review)

12/10/14- Put in an Inquiry about my case (Says we should hear from them by January 1st)

01/06/15 - Called USCIS inquiring about my case

01/09/15 - Received text/email alerts saying my husband's EAD/AP card has been ordered! YAYYYYY! :dancing:

01/12/15 - Received second email/text saying his EAD/AP card is being produced!

01/16/15 - Received email/text that EAD/AP card was mailed and was given tracking number

01/17/15 - EAD/AP card in hand!

01/29/15 - Received notification that our Interview has been scheduled for Mar. 3rd!
