May I suggest taking up a hobby something to preoccupy your mind. Before you know it January will be here. It's not easy being away from the one or one's you love. We on Visa Journey know this all too well. Others can tell you how they make it through the months of waiting. Hang in there.

I feel for you and completely understand how you are feeling. I cannot believe how long this whole thing takes. I also don't understand why they just don't hire more people with all the unemployment we have here. It makes your relationship stronger but it also puts it under alot of stress too. I Skype with my wife every day and try to visit every few months until she gets approved and can come to the states but it's obviously not the same as living together.

We're all suffering, so please keep that in mind when making any decisions. The people handling our paperwork ought to be ashamed of themselves to keep couples waiting so long. Hang in there!

Don't give up! I understand what you are feeling now. I've been there. Waiting so long makes you want to stop and just forget everything. But you can do something while you are waiting so that you will not worry too much while waiting. Good Luck goofy.gif

Hang in there girl. Absence makes the heart grow fonder. At least you have a date. I am still waiting for one. It's been almost one month. You're almost at the finish line. Take a trip there if you have to, but don't throw the towel in. It really isn't that far away.

I am soooo sorry this is happening to us all. It is a hard process and you have to thicken and toughen up to make it through. We are in AP since June and no sunshine as of yet. I promise I pray every night and I am at the point I am asking God do he hear me? Is he ignoring my prayers? My heart is bleeding and I am going crazy. I hate I moved back without my husband. I have tried so many things and I cannot take my mind off of my empty king size bed. I'm even taking up another degree, but working and studying is not enough to fill my empty space.

No laughing and playin in the kitchen when we are cooking,no walking together or watching movies, wrestling, playing soccer, I want to pack my bags and say the hell with the U.S. but I keep feeling we are soo close to being finished.

You will make it, we all will and I tell myself this everyday I can make it.

Everyday I feel like giving up but then I remember that it will all be worth it in the end. Why don't you go visit him for the holidays if you can... it's not easy going on a international trip, but if you can then go. I always say school and work can wait.

your sadness now is just temporary, wait a little and he will be yours forever. You have to win ont his waiting game like most of the successful couples here.

God bless!
