Baku is closer than Tbilisi to us.

By the way, once interview date is assigned by NVC, do they sent information about the physician locations that beneficiaries should use ?

Or they just say that contact embassy for the details?

The 2nd link I gave you had the physician locations you are allowed to use. The one in Tblisi or the one in Baku.

Yup I booked it yesterday. I am just doing mine in Surrey with Dr. Cheema, as my sister lives over in Vancouver so I can stay with her while I am there. Have you decided where you are going to have your medical?

No. I'm calling all 3 places in the morning to see prices, times, available dates and results turnover. Then base that off of hotel and flight costs.

I booked today with Dr. Seiden in Toronto for 21 May. They were charging $300 each (and then I’ll pay $50 for them to courier it to me back here to bring to the Consulate in Jun).

I think she said a 48 hour turnaround time but we’re leaving TO to come back the next morning.

I wish we could have managed one set of flights but que sera sera.

The P4 email (interview notice) from NVC normally has the address/location of the embassy/consulate where the scheduled interview will take place.

I didn't get an interview date yet, but thank you Chetsky! I searched on this forum how to play around with DHL
And I see a package going to Tokyo!

Yeah I am a little concerned about the hotel, some of them are so expensive :( I am bringing my Mom along with me for the trip. We are going to fly to Montreal on May 31st I believe and stay until June 4th, see some sights I have never been to that part of Canada. Okay I have never even been to Alberta.... Hahaha I am such a sheltered person here in British Columbia laughing.gif

Yeah I am a little concerned about the hotel, some of them are so expensive sad.png I am bringing my Mom along with me for the trip. We are going to fly to Montreal on May 31st I believe and stay until June 4th, see some sights I have never been to that part of Canada. Okay I have never even been to Alberta.... Hahaha I am such a sheltered person here in British Columbia laughing.gif

The only thing I'm dying to try is the poutine from Montreal! Apparently theres a really popular poutinerie who's name starts with a "B". Which hotels are you looking at? I'm scared to look at prices..we will be driving down but might as well stay for the weekend.

The only thing I'm dying to try is the poutine from Montreal! Apparently theres a really popular poutinerie who's name starts with a "B". Which hotels are you looking at? I'm scared to look at prices..we will be driving down but might as well stay for the weekend.

Oh my gosh, I am freaking so EXCITED to try the poutinedancin5hr.gif I have just been looking at all the different hotels that are within walking distance of the consulate. I try to chose hotels with decent reviews and decent prices, they by no means have to be a five star though.
