I've call NVC and said that they are still waiting from the embassy.

Isn't DoS and NVC together?

Not necessarily. DoS is more devoted to the consulate/embassies and can tell you more about your interview dates, when the case arrives at the embassy or was shipped out, etc. Somebody also said they can give you information on whether all the month's interview slots are full or not. It's worth a shot!

"Ready", and what does that mean ?

Changes after you get your interview. I know my changed once it arrived at embassy after interview schedule.. Here's what it says.

1. Go to LAST PAGE or before and click "Quote/Reply" on the MOST RECENT LIST.
2. Ask for help only if you will mess up the list

Found the correct post! Ok so i got case complete last week but only recieved interview date and interview date today., interview scheduled for june 23. I do have a few concerns, It looks like i have to arrange for biometrics appointment and also the medical. Now is there any other fee's other then the medical at this point? and i am having alot of issues creating an account at the https://usvisa-info.com/en-MX/selfservice/ss_country_welcome which does not allow me to register. It states that my wife is not the principal applicant and my mother in laws name comes out. Im assuming the website is relating this to the b1 visa they obtained only a year ago before we even thought about getting married. I heard there is a number you can call, any ideas?

I had my interview in London yesterday and my visa was approved. Thanks to everyone on this site, it went very smoothly and knowing what to expect made it a little less stressful. I got outside the Embassy and was walking to meet my sister and burst into tears, the feeling of relief was even more powerful than that of joy in that moment.
