I am posting this on the June thread (since the May thread seems to be closing out soon)

Hi everyone!!!!!

I have some very good news - my wife's visa was approved yesterday.

She had her interview on May 9th and they told her that her visa is approved, took her passport and said that it will be sent to her address in a week's time.

They also gave her the note to pay the $165 USCIS Fee before arriving to the US

Thank you everyone for all the help and guidance on this forum.

A special thank you to Saylin - she has really been the best support on any forum I have visited.

Now I just have to wait for her to come here!!!!!!

I will post the review of the interview shortly.

yeah but I just told my husband and he laughed and said it would be spooky if you got interviews the same day after all your priority date is way before ours!

Not that USCIS, NVC or the Visa Section actually pay any attention to priority dates!

Someone pls update Aball as I am definitely going to post a MESSED UP list if i do. I have been struggling with it and cant seem to get the right font. That's the effects of staying awake all night. Hubby is hopping the plane in abt 24hrs and the time difference makes it imperative that I stay on top of things or else he will definitely forget something important!!! he has been joggling between states these past few days and has not had much sleep either ( so that will make him double forgetful).

DO NOT DELETE: ***USE MOST RECENT LIST AT THE BOTTOM***

Instructions:
If you want to share your case complete and interview dates:
1. Go to LAST PAGE or before and click "Quote/Reply" on the MOST RECENT LIST.
2. Ask for help only if you will mess up the list
3. Please make sure you are using Rich Text Editor as your message setting(Settings>Posting Settings->Enable visual (RTE))
4. Remove

(top and bottom) around the list by clicking back space just before "do not delete"
5. Always use [Courier New] Font. (It will stay lined up correctly if you use the correct font.)
6. Add in order by NVC case complete date.

Okay don't leave him stranded at airport. LOL. Well tell him to pack a lunch and eat and fall asleep the whole trip. So excited for ya'll. wooo whoooo. Another 9ja husband.

Was there a P4 attachment? My interview email was different but you will know you have an interview when you get the P4

That's just the case complete email. It's been arriving about a week or so after the actual case complete date. It has nothing to do with when you'll get your interview date, so I would just disregard it, honestly.
