I've seen one too many people complain that a later filer was approved before their file.

I think my AOS was processed by Jerry . . . .eventually; probably when the janitor put the files back on his desk several months later . . .:wacko:

Nahh.. Rosie is wondering what the heck she got hired to do. The job posting said "review apps" and is still waiting for it on iTunes.

K1 process, October 2010 > POE, July 2011

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

AOS process, December 2011 > July 2012

EAD/AP Approval took 51 days from NOA1 date to email update. (77 days from filing until EAD/AP in hand)

AOS Approval took 206 days from NOA1 date to email update. (231 days from filing until greencard in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until greencard in hand: 655 days

Ah, I see that my (own) I-140 was worked by Rosie (or maybe it was Jerry -- as my I-140 was certainly not filed prior to 1969) but I managed to get Kyle for the K-1 and AOS petitions I filed for Pras.

2006/05/01 AOS Packet (I-485/I-131/I-765) filed at Chicago

2006/08/23 AP and EAD approved. Two down, 1.5 to go

2006/10/13 Pras' I-485 interview--APPROVED!

2006/10/27 Pras' conditional GC arrives -- .5 to go (2 yrs to Conditions Removal)

2008/07/21 I-751 (conditions removal) filed

2008/08/22 I-751 biometrics completed

2009/06/18 I-751 approved

2009/07/03 10-year GC received; last 0.5 done!

2009/07/23 Pras files N-400

2009/11/16 My 46TH birthday, Pras N-400 approved

Don’t see my adjudicator there anywhere. They are missing the absentee employee.

Both times hubby made InfoPass appointments the adjudicator was not in that day. <_<
