Everyone who got approved after May 14th.....

Something really wierd happened today.

Our petition got approved on Monday 5/14 and got the official NOA2 letter in the mail of I-129F K-1 approval on 5/18 and stated that forwarding to NVC.

But today they changed my approval date to Wed June 6th and stated they have mailed a letter of approval....why did they change the approval date...maybe to cover themselves for still not sending it out to NVC which still has not got my case.

NOA1: 12/19/11

NOA2: 5/14/12

That's depressing about how long it's taking for the NVC to receive our petitions. )= I thought the long wait from USCIS was over after NOA2, but I guess not. They're still dragging it out for up to 30 days... Uhhhhhhhhgggggg

Lol I called today after one week (I thought I might get lucky or something =P) and they wouldn't even CHECK if they got it or not. "Call back in 15 days"

Lol! I always get afraid I'm going to somehow end up with the same person on the line the next day and they'll be like "YOU again! I just told you not to call!"

Hello December Filers! Hoping you can help me... my brother and his fiancee filed their I-129F at the end of November and their NOA1 is dated December 5, 2011. They still have had no action on their case, no RFE, no approval, NOTHING! When my husband and I did our paperwork back in 2007-2008 it only took 3 months from NOA1 to get our N0A2. Is anyone else having this problem that they have heard nothing? I appreciate any input! :star:

Hi... unfortunately for all of us now, the 3 month NOA1 to NOA2 that you experienced just doesn't happen anymore unless you have an expedite. Your brother should call USCIS regarding the delay, contact their local member of congress, etc. to try and clear up the situation since he is outside of the 5-month processing time that is now normal for I-129F submissions.

How did you talk to a Supervisor. I also like to inquire regarding our case because some of the USCIS CSR just said that it is already sent.
