Hey

I was wondering if any can help me i have a few Question .

My wife and i filed out of i-130 in May 12 and we are still waiting for NOA2

is there anything We can do to make our this process go faster .?

05/18/2010 Got NOA1

10/27/2010 NOA2

11/03/2010 NVC

11/04/2010 NVC Case number IIN number

11/09/2010 AOS Paid In process

11/12/2010 Show Paid & Send DS3032

11/13/2010 IV Paid In process

11/16/2010 IV show Paid

11/18/2010 Sent AOS& and IV packet

11/19/2010 AOS and IV packet delivered

12/02/2010 Entered on the system

12/10/2010 Case complete / Sign In Failed

February 9, 2011Canceled Interview(Embassy is closed because we had revaluation in Egypt)

03/31/2011 new interview ( Visa issued in the same day )

A Congressional Pull would be best especially since USCIS is outside the processiing timeframe.

What i'm going to ask of you is that when you submit it and get a response from the ageny through the senator's office if you could please update the information/results here.. thanks.. it would help others.

My wife and I submitted our I-130 on 5/4/10, it was received on 5/11/10

I received notice via email on 5/13/10 that our case was moved to the "testing and interview" stage!!

You should be hearing something very soon, relax, take a deep breath, and save the calls to Congressmen as a last resort..

When is the last resort..? USCIS is outside their processing time.

After 7 months at least...don't you know that USCIS is 2 weeks behind?....so he should wait them first and it would be a chance for them and it would be a good strong reason to get them involved...by this way the Congressman can have the right and reason to talk..but the congressman might say...its the normal processing or USCIS might tell him that the actuall is 6 months as they told mine and me or they are behind 2 weeks lol.

My advice is : Don't use all your options at once or you will waste them all and will have nothing left to try.

You application was approved in 152 days. That's pretty good. It's just two days behind the expected 150 days. Later May, and June, July, August filers will get their approvals sooner and sooner. This trend is very true to what it was like for the last few years.

This statistic was supplied in response to another thread I made about my case moving to the next stage.. USCIS is quoting 5 months possibly 150 days.. The OP is at 158 days now..since other May filers are starting to get their notices, I would not panic until you hear about the June filers getting theirs... but that is me...

Stress is very unhealthy...
