NVC Emailed Expedite: Emailed on 3/30/2022. Approved on 5/26/2022. Apparently the case is sent without a review of the submitted documents and the consulate will schedule the appointment, not the NVC. I registered an account at the "Apply for a USA Visa" website and submitted an interview request for my wife and added my daughter as a family member.
