Let's hope so... but, again, death in Islam is a win-win -- die a martyr and get the 72 virgins, or survive after killing infidels and be forgiven for all sins and thus qualify for Paradise and the 72 virgins.

I always wondered why those 72 individuals were still virgins in the afterlife. Having an overactive imagination led me to think that anyone expecting this as a reward was going to be sorely disappointed. ☠️

Maine Woman Discovers Hundreds of Election Ballots in Amazon Package as State Considers Voter ID

A Newburgh resident expecting an Amazon delivery of rice, paper plates and a toy lightsaber instead opened a box to find 250 state election ballots.

The discovery raised alarms about election security, leading the Maine Republican Party Chairman to call for a federal criminal investigation as the state is mere weeks from deciding on whether it will join 36 other states in requiring some form of Vote ID.

The package arrived Tuesday looking beat up and re-taped, as if tampered with.  Inside, along with household items, were bundles of ballots packaged in tamper-evident packs of 50 — the same format used for official shipments to local clerks.  Election officials who reviewed photographs confirmed the documents appear to be authentic 2025 ballots.

The resident, stunned by the find, immediately turned the ballots over to the town office.

"I am greatly concerned for our state and its voting requirements," she said.  "When I opened it, there were 250 official State of Maine referendum ballots inside my box.  Thank goodness I am an honest citizen and immediately reached out to my town clerk and took the ballots to the town for safekeeping."

The misdelivery comes just 35 days before Maine's Nov. 4 election, which features a high-stakes referendum on requiring voter identification.  [...]

That’s 250 moose that won’t be voting this time around.

The FAFO Consequences of Trump Derangement Syndrome:  Lawfare, Cancel Culture, and Murder

[...] Sometimes, the truth is painful.  Unforgiving.  Cruel and uncaring.  But until you recognize the truth for what it is — and not what you wished it would be — reality will continue to smack you upside the head.  In the words of (Republican) President James Garfield, who was also a victim of left-wing political violence: "The truth will set you free, but first it will make you miserable."

And today, the Democrats are miserable.  It's the one common denominator between all the warring factions on the left.

A small sample of headlines over the last two months:  [...]

The essential problem with the FAFO principle, especially when it comes to politics, is that the offending party has to realise that they F’dA in the first place, to realise that they are FingO.

In the case of the Democrats and lawfare, the majority of those vocal donkeyhonkers still believe they were using the legal system in the way it was meant to be used, because for the past sixty years or so, they had done exactly the same and suffered no consequences. ☠️

    Trump's epic UN address

How to describe President Donald Trump's speech to the United Nations on Tuesday?  Epic, extraordinary, unprecedented — whatever term you prefer, Trump's address was a sledgehammer of a message delivered to allies and adversaries around the world.

The most striking passages were directed at allies, particularly those in Europe, and they focused on two enormously consequential and controversial issues that Trump called a "double-tailed monster": migration and energy.  [...]

The UK won’t change direction as long as Starmer leads a Labour government, and he doesn’t have to call a General Election until 2029. By then, the public sentiment currently in evidence across the UK (even Scotland) may have dissipated (or be in jail), or the country may just be too far gone to help. ☠️

Britain Announces Reverse Crusade Where They Invite Muslims To Come And Destroy England

LONDON — In what political analysts described as a historic turning point for Western Civilization, Great Britain announced a "Reverse Crusade" where they invite Muslims to come and destroy England.

With the original Crusades of the Britons journeying to the Middle East to free the Holy Land from Islamic rule long in the past, UK leaders said it was time to wipe the slate clean and turn the tables to allow Muslims to return the favor.

"We're flipping the script," said UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer.  [...]

100,000 Brits Take to the Streets For a 'Unite the Kingdom' Rally Against Immigration, and to Honor Kirk

The media billed it as a "far-right anti-immigration rally," despite the fact that Reform UK, the political party identified with the anti-immigration movement in Great Britain, is leading in the polls.

More than 100,000 people poured into the streets of London to protest the Labour government's immigration policies.  A far smaller number of "anti-racism" counter-protesters (5,000) were also present, and some protesters from both sides mixed it up with the police.

"At one point, the larger crowd stretched from Big Ben across the River Thames and around the corner beyond Waterloo train station, a distance of three-quarters of a mile (around a kilometer)," reported CBS News.  [...]

BBC say 150,000 and 5,500 ANTIFA.

When you get away from the lamestream media, the realistic number goes up to between 1,000,000 and 1,500,000. Some reports even put it at over 3,000,000, but this is doubtful as there are nowhere near enough Indian takeaways nearby to satisfy that many people in such a short space of time. ☠️

Methinks folks have got this thing all backwards.

It’s rather like calling all 110,000 - 3,000,000 marchers in London as “far right”. It’s a label to scare people, and it doesn’t work any more. ☠️

I saw that, too.  I think this will turn out to be exactly what I expected........and the media is complicit.

But to fire only one shot and leave the rest to be found with the rifle seems staged to me. The reports I have seen described the gun as a .30, bolt action rifle, not the usual AR-15 style “assault rifle”, which, in my opinion, is not the kind of weapon to be discarded carelessly, unless you want it found.

Why Kilmar Abrego Garcia is still important

[...] One thing we do know is that the administration's immigration enforcement, focused on illegal border crossers like Abrego Garcia, is having far-reaching effects.  Earlier this month, the Department of Homeland Security reported that 1.6 million illegal immigrants had left the country in the seven months since President Donald Trump took office.  [...]

Judge who fined Trump $500M gets the books thrown at him

In New York, a court revealed that a leading citizen had cooked the books by inflating questionable figures without any support in reality.  Moreover, his wild overvaluation was widely viewed as motivated by his self-aggrandizement.  The final reported figures are so absurdly inflated that they were rejected in their entirety.  In the end, he was off by over half a billion dollars.

That man is Judge Arthur Engoron.

After a New York appellate court unanimously threw out Engoron's absurd half-a-billion-dollar judgment and interest against President Donald Trump, the irony was crushing.  It was Engoron who seemed, as he characterized Trump witnesses, as having "simply denied reality."  It made his notorious reliance on an assessment of Mar-a-Lago as worth between $18 million and $27.6 million seem like good accounting.

In the end, he could not get a single judge to preserve a single dollar of that fine.  [...]

I would be VERY surprised if Reform are ever in the position to implement.

Except if an election were held today, Reform would likely be the largest party and I’d guess the Tories would be more than happy to form a coalition.

Starmer has tanked a government faster than anyone I can remember. Even die-hard Labour supporters are freaking out at the mess he’s made.
