The right thing would have been to voice the months of relationship doubts she had BEFORE having him move. Yes, he was in the wrong for texting other women, but she was also in the wrong for letting him move without her voicing that she wasn't even sure she wanted to be with him in the first place. No innocent parties here, definitely nothing worthy of congratulating, IMO.

You are adjusting from a K-1, correct? You do not need an I-130. Please read the guide: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos
It would also help if you filled in your timeline.
Of course you would need to attach the fee if you needed to send in the I-130. Those adjusting from a K-1 do not need to send in an I-130 though. No form. No fee.

I believe what Coconuts was trying to point out to you is that they are NOT tied together. Other people receive an I-94 upon entry to the US and not just K-1 entrants. The K-1 visa is a one time entry visa. It becomes null and void the moment you use it to enter the US, therefore there is no "during the k-1" time. You can go and apply for your SSN during the time your I-94 is still valid, up until 2 weeks before it expires. Your status in the US is based on the I-94 you are given when you enter. Your status in the US has nothing to do with the K-1, other than making you eligible to file for AOS because you entered with a K-1 and married the petitioner within 90 days of entry. Status is based on the I-94. Once the I-94 expires, if you have not filed for AOS already, you become out of status and will start accruing overstay time, even if you married within the 90 days like you were supposed to.
Anyway, back to the actual topic at hand: To the OP> Getting your SSN is not enough to be able to work. You need to wait until you also have your EAD. Your SSN will come with a notation printed on it that states 'valid for work only with DHS authorization'. The EAD is that authorization. You need both together to legally work. Once you get your green card, the EAD is void and all you need is the green card and your SSN. You can even go back to the SSA when you get your green card and have them issue you a new card based on your status as a legal permanent resident. The number will always remain the same, but the new card will have no conditions and will be issued without that statement on it.

Actually the K-1 visa is not meant to be a 'get to know you' visa. You are already supposed to be in a solid relationship and know each other. You are supposed to be engaged and ready to get married, which is why you sign letters of intent to marry within 90 days of entering the US. The 90 days is given so you have a little time to get situated, plan together and get married.

Odd. You should have still had to turn in your own I-134 for the K-1 interview.
You are the primary sponsor and will need to fill out your own I-864. You will need to provide a statement as to why you were not legally required to file taxes (because you haven't worked and receive no income).
Your father will fill out his own separate I-864 as the joint sponsor. He will need to fill in his tax info from the last 3 years on the I-864 form where it asks. He will need to provide his 2011 tax transcript. If he did not file taxes, he will also need to provide a statement as to why he was not legally required to do so. He will need proof of his pension (1099 or other form showing the amount he receives), and he can show a few months worth of recent bank statements to show the amount that is deposited each month. Your father will also need to provide proof of be being a USC or LPR.

What are people congratulating the OP for? For having someone uproot their entire life for them, meanwhile having doubts that they even WANTED to be with the person?
People who don't take this process seriously boggle my mind. This isn't a process so you can have someone come to the US and try them out for a little while. If you aren't 100% sure you want to marry this person, don't file the petition. And definitely don't wait until the beneficiary has moved EVERYTHING to say "hm, maybe this isn't a good idea."
I by no means condone the guy for the "sexting" nonsense, but let's be real, nobody here deserves a congratulations.
So you expected/wanted HIM to be honorable and 'think this through' ... but you admit you had doubts for MONTHS and let him move anyway. Where's your responsibility in this? Or do you get a free pass because he turned out to be a 'dog'? Honorable. Please.

I can't believe what kind of replies are being posted in this thread. Congratulations? Really?
I'm sorry OP, but what you did was morally very wrong and you should feel guilty irrespective of the final outcome.
And NO. The fiance visa is NOT there for yanking someone out of their lives just to play with their hearts for 90 days and then go about "deciding" whether you want to go through with it or not. Genuine fiance visa candidates likely migrate to the US by completely burning their boats once ashore. They leave their jobs, their loved ones behind. Likely sell all of their property and even their homes when moving to the US. They do that in hopes of creating a new life with their significant others and not because they want to be told it just "doesn't feel right" three days later.
This isn't a child's game that you up and quit. Any reservations and doubts you have about your significant other, clear them out BEFORE starting the application process. Those 90 days are there so the couple has ample time to obtain a marriage license and easily complete the legal procedures required in order to obtain a marriage certificate. They are NOT there to play 20 questions and deciding whether or not you want to "go through with this."
The decision to "go through with it" was made the moment you filed that petition!

You *are* obligated to get married once the fiance arrives. That is the requirement of the visa. Not a 'try this person out and see if you really do like them' period. If things don't work out, then things don't work out. That's not the issue here.
I don't see a single person here saying the OP should have married him anyway. People are saying "You shouldn't have brought him here if you were having doubts MONTHS in advance only to ditch him three days after he gets here."

You assumed wrong. It would be better to read the I-864 instructions on counting household size rather than assuming and giving misinformation.
OP> If your fiance is not claimed as a dependent on his mother's taxes, and his mother is not claimed on his taxes, then she is not part of his household count, even if they live in the same house. People can reside at the same address and be financially independent from each other.

What?? No that's not what its about at all..... She got very lucky.. OP: This easily could have been a case of uprooting someone who changed their life to come be with you in a new country only to have you say "sorry, I made a mistake.. I led you and myself on for 8+months.. I'm bailing so it sucks to be you" ..... you did wait three whole days.. You could have ended up ruining someones life, instead you got lucky because your choice turned out to be dog who deserved it so it saved you having guilt.
