If she gets her 2 year conditional green card, she has to file for ROC I-751 with divorce waiver either immediately after divorce or 90 days before the green card expiration date.
    1) She has to submit her divorce decree, evidence of bona fide marriages (e.g. financial co-mingled documents, joint ownerships.. etc)
    2) If she can't provide any evidence, her ROC will most likely be denied and she will be placed in removal proceedings.

** Note One can still file for ROC I-751 even if the marriage is annulled.
(As far as immigration is concerned, it's treated like a divorce; the foreign spouse just has to show good faith marriage).

Some people said to get divorce or annulment based on fraud, it will make it harder for to prove she married in good faith

Yep,  Do not ever be alone with her anymore, in case of any false domestic violence claim.
As you should know by now, she is probably staging a VAWA case against you by calling the cops on you (Oh she is so scared of you, might served you with restraining order as well).

Not sure if you can prevent her from coming back to your house since it is considered marital home. You should consult your divorce attorney for further advice.

Another thing, once she figures out she can't get her green card without you (K1 holder has to AOS with the original USC petitioner), she might have a 'change of heart' trying to reconcile with you.
    Choose your steps wisely.

If the marriage has not been consummated at all,  you could get an annulment. You may be one the few people who can actually get it. Otherwise, divorce her.

When it comes to her. If she says she wants to come back, do not be alone with her to avoid any type of abuse claims. If she got her green card without an interview (very possible since it's a K1), she will have a REALLY hard time removing conditions. If she has an interview, she will need you to go with her... don't. She will get denied and will be subject to deportation.

You've already pulled the I-864, so she won't be able to get far.

Other than that, nothing else can be done.

It's very unlikely that she was approved or had an interview if she just got the EAP & AP last week. It is possible...but highly unlikely. There's likely much more time (months) before approval or an interview.

If you withdrew the I-864, then that's it for immigration. She cannot stay in the US...she cannot adjust status from anybody else and cannot adjust status after the I-864 is pulled.

If AOS was somehow approved, then there is no way for you to cancel it and you are on the hook. She would still have to go through ROC, and if she doesn't complete that successfully, her LPR status will be revoked and the I-864 obligation is terminated when she leaves. Again, I'm providing this just for information...it's unlikely that AOS was approved in such a short timeline.

Also, for reference, she can try for a VAWA claim, but thaty's entirely on her to prove. There's nothing for you to do there.

What should you do? Divorce and move on. And be much more careful in the future. If you have documented proof of fraud, you can send that to USCIS...but nothing you're stated sounds like proof to me. You cannot get her deported. You cannot end the I-864 if AOS gets approved. That's all in USCIS's hands now.

I liked my mandatory health  insurance I had in Europe, unfortunately I had to give it up.

Some countries have proven that it works. I just don't understand where it went wrong in the US.
I had to buy a certain medication awhile ago, I had to pay $850... exactly the same brand would cost me €199 in the Netherlands. Something is terribly off..

I just don't understand why it is called insurance, cause it's not when you pay that much of money.

This level of self-absorbtion is one of the things wrong with modern society.

When people put themselves on TV, they make an active choice to have their appearances and actions judged, whether unfairly or not.  That is the nature of public consumption and the bargain they've made in return for getting paid.

Yes...although being engaged just means agreeing to marry (within 90 days of entry for the K-1). No rings or formal arrangement is needed.

Right, well there are differences to this story, 1. that you had a career previous that was decent, 2. you are a woman and the standards really are different especially with a spouse from a MENA country.  There are so many cases on this forum of the lack of money being used to basically abuse the foreign partner, to prevent them from filing the correct legal paperwork on time, and it causes a lot of stress even in American couples.  As the sponsor, you have the financial responsibility for another human being and your lack of money can cause them to go out of status and be deported and really mess up their life.  That isn't something to take lightly at all and anyone who does is playing with fire and another human's life.

Nobody is being judgmental, but rather very pragmatic.  Immigration is no fairy tale.

Very High deductible .. before anything could be covered.

Going to see a doctor here for a simple cold caused me a few hundred dollars while I could just pay around $50 and get a bunch of medicine in my home country (my then company would reimbursed me the $50 too!)

So these days I will go to office sick and spread my virus

People are just trying to help and they mean well. If someone looks young and tells you they don't have a job but still wants to bring a fiancé in a process that's known to be very expensive, it's understandable that they will ask questions. These concerns are part of any VISA process. Even with significant savings and a thorough plan that I'm sure she has, USCIS needs evidence, documents. They can't tell how much money she's saved up even without a job, they care about her fiancé not becoming a liability in the future, hence the affidavit of support. This doesn't mean she can't go through it or that people think she shouldn't, (the co-sponsor option is an option after all) This is a stressful process and I get that people can get anxious,  but try to remain calm, you'll need all the patience in the world to deal with USCIS believe me. The best of lucks!

Just get rid of the insurance model. Insurance for any thing is about taking in more money than is paid out.

Insurance companies spend a lot of time and resources to find the sweet spot. Most people pay premiums and never get anything back unless they get really sick. It's an OK model for insuring homes and cars. For people, not so much.

What is your household size? Look here: https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p

You can file I-129F petition now. The I-134 will be submitted during the K1 visa interview stage.
So you will have a few months to get your finances in order, like get a new job or second job to meet the poverty line.

My then BF lost his job right after I-129F was approved.

We dragged the K1 visa interview as long as we could till he got a new job with new pay stubs/letter of employments/bank statements for I-134.

They look at the totality of the circumstances for the public charge concern. If you had a different job in January and interviewed 6+ months after that, you would probably be fine. To be clear...I'm not suggesting quitting your freelance work just for immigration...it is what it is...but they put a more emphasis on tax returns with self-employment to show current income. Only you know what if best for your circumstances as a whole.

If the visa was refused due to the public charge concern, she would be issued a 221g to provide additional documentation of your income or to get a joint sponsor (or  anew one if the one you had was insufficient). It doesn't mean the case ends there...you can send more documentation afterwards. This is not optimal, obviously, and if it it takes over 6 months from the medical to them reviewing the updated documentation, a new medical will be needed (since the K-1's validity is tied to the medical).

Where they live doesn't matter...any USC or LPR can be a sponsor. Some COs like to see close family members, but I don't know her embassy's stance on it.

Police certificates must be within the past 6 months as of the interview (or you must have not entered again since you obtained them).
