Relationships breakdown, so divorce and move on.
On a personal note I find it sad that so many people think they can apparently treat a foreign spouse differently to a US spouse and return them "home" like a defective appliance.

One question. Why does the future Dictator in Chief's comments need to be constantly interpreted?
It seems he has an army of supplicants hanging on his every tweet who then go out and spread the translated word of Trump.

Because it is market driven. Americans want cheap affordable products. Products that cannot be manufactured in America because no American or legal permanent resident is willing to work for a bowl of rice a week.

Personal Trainer, I doubt you will get a work visa for that. An EB3 maybe...... But I doubt there is no shortage of local personal trainers in New York State.

Immediate relative spouse can file an I130 and I485 concurrently. Any overstay is forgiven and they can remain legally until their case is adjudicated.

I did my POE in the "old" Dublin airport terminal. It was cramped and the lines could be long but I took that over the possibility of being refused (even if it was very unlikely) stateside. It just meant to me that all hurdles had been completed up to that point. I could enjoy my flight with no worries and just get off at the gate and head straight to baggage claim. I also felt smug to be able to walk past the CBP in Newark.
