    Did you submit a MEdical Seems the I 864 may have been incorrectly submitted. How many in the Household? How did you enter?

    I am going to assume you filled in the I 130 incorrectly. When did she enter the US and how?

    Has anything been filed? You both live in Canada nad most people would not go the K1 route. Either way you would interview at the Consulate and need a medical, if you do not complete the requirements then for a K1 you could enter and then go the Civil Surgeon in the US route, get an I 693 and file a waiver whilst seeking to adjust. If you go the marriage route then you file the waiver after the interview in Canada.

    K1/2 does not require a complete medical, that can be done or finished in the US. I cant tell if you did, certainly sounds like you did not so will need to complete the Medical in the US so you can adjust. Civil Surgeons are independent and can basically charge what they want, may need to ring around, get whatever you are missing elsewhere first. Schooling is a State issue.

    Me Too. Went over the pass and the road was a mess, I eventually saw a plow going the other way but this had been talked about for days. Then I was sweltering yesterday, think it hit 77F. I do need to get my tyres replaced.......OK for Summer use but.
