Hi Dan, Great News on your visa Journey! So glad to see someone with the same visa category. I am a US citizen now[almost 10 years ago] and married to US citizen for 15 Years. Want to apply for my unmarried Son over 21 years of age. He also wants to study further, can we apply for his student visa and he come`s here and then we apply for I-130. Wondering what process or steps are involved. How long does it take? What is a better option? Do you have timeline that you can share? Also I understand the category is F1 but that sounds similar to Student visa category F-1, is the difference between the two merely a dash? Any information would be appreciated. Thank You. vmm
