I don't hate anyone. Nor do I talk about anyone on the right or left in every single post. I make my own decisions and my own observations. Bush, for his mess ups, isn't Hitler or the Anti-christ. Neither is Obama. Which is why I found it astounding that every single ill that falls on mankind seems to be Obama's fault of Obama's thinking.
As for your last question, it's because black people have been beaten down since the beginning. You spend enough time talking about black people, you should know this.

The deficit in FY 2013 (the FY into which the end of his first term falls) was $680 billion. The deficit for FY 2009 (the FY during which he took office) was $1.413 trillion. Half of $1.413 trillion is $706.5 billion. The deficit was thus more than cut in half over his first term. It's more impressive as a share of GDP where the deficit fell from 9.8% of GDP to 4.1%. Measured as a share of GDP, the deficit was reduced almost 60%.

Guys, you really think your comments on how bad he acts will really influence on that person? - I don't, cos i am 95% he knew in advance he is getting married cos of documents and not cos of feelings, and i assume the "file for divorce after citizenship" was in mind when he signed marriage license. Only person to have my compassion is the future-ex-wife, as far as she spent TIME (first of all) FEELINGS (second of all) and than money for him........and all turned up to be a big fraud... And if someone here will come up with things happen in life, and couple lost love and blablabla (I say not in this particular situation) cos when couple have problems they SIT AND DISCUSS and do not depart to their home land in search of new girl.
Sorry if i hurted someones feelings, but truth is truth. Maybe it's a woman speaking out of me, maybe not....but I say always descent behaviour of a MAN should be present at any stage of relationship, so as from womans part! We will never know the truth, and he will never tell it to us. We can only wish his WIFE best of luck. And for him.............give a try.......do K-1.......scrue that Pakistanis girl visa history (make one more person in this world be unhappy or stressed).......(hope the girl has brains to say NO to him).

Tosh Love reacted to Bob&Mira in Marriage, Our TOP 10 list of things to do
We recently completed the K1 process and wanted to share some things that we've experienced in our journey.
Early adjustments for k1 Beneficiaries coming to the states.
    1. WEATHER, IT'S COLD.
It's very hard to prepare someone for the type of cold that we are experiencing here in the midwest, but, one thing I can tell all cold weather sponsors, "be prepared to buy winter clothes" Get your wife/fiance' a nice coat, some gloves, a winter hat and some boots. Do this as soon as she gets here, do not delay. This may sound like common sense, but, set aside money in your budget for these Essential items.
    2. FOOD
Try to find a local Asian market if possible, we have lumpia wrappers, Jufran, adobo, canton, bihon, Nagaraya cracker nuts, lechon sauce, stikko, tocino, langonisa and other home style treats. These comfort foods will make your spouse feel somewhat more comfortable in the strange new world they find themselves in.
    3. FEELINGS OF ISOLATION
For the first few months, our spouses have no drivers license, they can't work, they have little or no social network and will be stuck at home a lot while we are at work. MAKE SURE that you get out every day and do SOMETHING, even if it's to get groceries, take a walk, ride a bike, join a gym, go to church, anything. Our spouses are used to having multiple avenues of transit with jeepneys, tricycles, MRT, cab, etc... Imagine the feelings of isolation that one must experience going to a new country and being stuck at home at the mercy of their spouse to take them EVERYWHERE. YOU MUST BE COMPASSIONATE about this. Provide access to SKYPE, YM, VIBER, Facebook, ANYTHING to stay in touch with family back home.
    4. INDEPENDENCE
When my wife arrived, I had her iPhone and credit card in her married name waiting for her. As soon as she arrived she had the ability to communicate back home and money to spend. Speaking of money, Grab some currency, including US coins, and practice at the kitchen table with how much each coin is worth. Be prepared to explain why the dime is worth more, even though it is smaller than a nickel.
    5. SLANG
Be prepared to explain all slang and be a translator for the every usage of the English language as it applies in the states. I asked my wife for a buck and a quarter at a flea market, she asked why i needed a bucket of water.... That's when it occurred to me that i had not done my job as her husband and changed my game plan a bit. We are so comfortable that I sometimes forget that she does not know many slang terms and I fall into a comfort zone, forgetting that slang is an improper use of the English language.
    6. JEALOUSY
Look, if you are married to a filipina, she is going to be jealous.. deal with it. re-assure her, love her, again and again. Makulit sobra.
    7. COMMUNICATION
It really goes without saying how important this is. If you don't communicate, you won't make it, period. As much as you may know your loved one online, it is a completely different world in the reality of living together. In the online relationship world, you still have space, you can end a conversation and have your personal space and privacy. In the real world, there is no space. You are in each other's space, especially in the beginning. You will be the center of a universe for your spouse, the only known variable in their world. Imagine leaving your family, your life, your friends, everything you've ever known, moving to a new country and marrying someone that you've maybe spent a month or two with in person. I can't stress enough that you must be understanding and allow for an adjustment. To do otherwise is just not fair. Seriously, prepare yourself mentally and emotionally. BE PATIENT
    8. FIND A COMMON HOBBY
Find something that you love to do together, at least ONE THING. It can be anything, as long as you both love to do it. This will give you a foundation of doing things together and will instill some instant order in your rapidly changing life. We bought bicycles, joined a gym and found a church we both like. Those are the little things that gave us instant stability, something we could both agree upon and pursue together. It's really great for times when I just don't have anything intelligent to talk about, ( it happens) Sometimes we can just go work out and look at each other with nodding approval.
    9. CREATE MEMORIES.
Take a lot of pictures! Especially during the "honeymoon" period of your relationship. Build as much good will as possible early on. YOU WILL NEED THIS LATER ON! Some days are better than others, that's just marriage. It is really nice to look at our Facebook or wedding album and look at our happy pictures. We borrow from the "good will" bank of happiness to see us through our trials. We often post happy videos and pics on Facebook for our friends and family to see. It is great to have the moral support of our social network, encouraging our marriage and love.
    10. LAUGH
Look, there is enough pressure involved in this transition. Just remember to give each other a break, don't put too much pressure on every single decision. Just take one day at a time, remember what's important. Love each other. REMEMBER WHY YOU WANTED TO BE MARRIED IN THE FIRST PLACE. It may not always be easy, but it's always worth it.
feel free to add any helpful hints to the list. Our "visa journey" is really just life's journey.
    Mabuhay.

Nop recommended for anyone coming from your country at all. You got lucky and you got a lazt adjudicator.
Its not every case its every adjudicator is different. This is why you see on VJ the word "Front-load" your evidence. Because many of us at high fraud embassies never get to show evidence at interview. Out love ones coming loaded down with pics and emails and all the tonage because many are lead to believe they will get the opportunity to show evidence at interview and many times that isn't the case.
At best you have 15 to 20 minutes with a CO. How in the world will they read all your emails and IM's and chats and see pics? So we front load so one USCIS approves it and this is in the hands of the CO weeks before you ever show up. Because truly the decision is made before you come to the interview so why not send your best evidence to show the bonafide of the relationship.

Perhaps because a visitor who has no intention to immigrate on his tourist visa would not feel it was fair
to go through 3 kinds of hell with all the K1 requirements an intending immigrant has to face.
Logic and efficiency with good business sense and USCIS / DOS is like oil and water. It just does not mix.

Tosh Love reacted to thedude6752000 in New Letter Writing Campaign-- This time, Congress
First off, congrats to everyone involved in Tuesday's effort. Getting the USCIS to even acknowledge our existence was a huge challenge, but by pulling in our individual effort collectively we managed to show them what free citizens can do when organized. Great job!
But unfortunately the job is not done. For the time being I believe the USCIS is going to play their normal game of "throw one groups' petitions on the backburner so we can focus on the really noisy group", to our benefit this time, but with immigration so-called "reform" coming down the pike again for 2014 and its advocates really desperate, I think we can expect one of two things to happen:
    1. The massive amounts of money behind the amnesty campaign will have their desired effect, and they will actually manage to ram an amnesty bill through the House to the Senate where it will quickly pass or
    2. After dying for good in the House, amnesty will get a new lease on life when Obama issues another executive order illegally ordering the USCIS to give residency to another big chunk of illegals.
Either would be disastrous for us, and even if we manage to squeak by with our NOA2's before the new amnesty program those coming after us will suffer.
For that reason, I believe another fax/email campaign is in the works. This time, our targets need to be Congress. We need to write a letter calling the USCIS for favoring illegals over us and demand that Congress investigate and not pass amnesty. I have been in touch with one major anti-illegal immigration group and I believe this campaign could also get their support, if not more. In the letter, we should lay out the following facts and requests
    1. There is statistical and documented proof that the USCIS let I-130's for citizens pile up in order to faster process I-130 waivers and DACA's
    2. This also happened last year with I-129's and DACA's
    3. Congress must investigate, as this is a violation of the INA
    4. Congress must not pass an amnesty bill which will hurt legal US families
    5. Congress must ensure that the USCIS does not return to its old tricks of putting one group on the backburner, in particular in order to help illegal aliens in this country.
These emails should, I believe, be sent to all members of the House and Senate immigration committees and to all of our own Senators and Representatives, as well as to news media and bodies affiliated with Congress.
    Any thoughts?

Congratulations! I know a lot of people here advocated ceaselessly on behalf of this issue. It's really gratifying to see how those efforts have made an impact. Let this be a stark lesson to future petitioners of all types--YOU can make a difference in how the system works, so you should work hard to improve it for yourself and others. After all, if you don't, who will?
I hope the "just accept your lot and stop whining" cynics around these parts also take this to heart and stop discouraging others from making a difference.

I may be veering toward needing some tin-foil millinary but having been fortunate enough to be able to visit my fiancee a number of times in recent months I seem to have accrued a rather impressive collection of TSA "We checked your bag" cards. Of my last eight flights I have had my case searched five times.

Tosh Love reacted to Kaylara in Decrease wait time for I-130 Petition for Alien Relative
12-16 months is not normal processing times just because they are saying it is. Because I am a citizen, the law says my case should be a top priority of the USCIS. What you are suggesting is that I should not be able to have the expectation that the USCIS follow the law, nor that I have the right to accurate information, or that I shouldn't be able to complain that the USCIS is not performing it's job. I vehemently disagree with this assessment. I may not have the right to bring my husband here, but I do have the right to have my case processed in a timely manner. What we're discussing here isn't whether or not our relationships are bonafide, because even the USCIS stats seem to show that most petitions are approved for this immigrant class. If they're going to deny our petitions, then it shouldn't take more than a year to do so.

Tosh Love reacted to Kaylara in Decrease wait time for I-130 Petition for Alien Relative
To have our petitions processed in a timely manner? To get a service that we paid for? To get actual information regarding our cases instead of being outright lied to? To not be delayed for an indefinite period of time because the USCIS's internal processes? As it says here: http://uscgreencardpetitionerscommittee.blogspot.com/
"According to federal law, adjudicating residency petitions of US citizens, for their foreign spouses who are living abroad, must be a top priority of USCIS, in the interest of unifying our families. "
This is not what happened, and not what is happening. There is no excuse for creating this backlog. They could have continued sending our petitions to the field while they got the NBC up and running. They could have taken some people from various petition categories instead of just the I130's. They could have allowed the K3 petitions to be processed instead of joining them up and administratively closing them. There are a zillion and a half things that would have been better than how they handled it.
