It doesn't matter what age they are.  They are not eligible because you were not a US citizen when they were born.  CRBA is only for children who have at least one US citizen parent at the time of their birth.
 

I understand, I was just mentioning this as this may come into play here.  Based on what you have described, your kids would not qualify for CRBA if they were born abroad before you became a US citizen. 

There is really nothing you can do except waiting, because most likely your certificate is on the way, though maybe stuck somewhere but should eventually arrive. I waited over a month earlier this year. When I got my certificate back I could tell from the stamp on envelope that it was mailed over a month ago and spent most of its time on the way.

I just got email update from uscis and they scheduled my oath for 19th Nov.Thank you everyone  and who are still Stuck best of luck to them

I did the same i sent Case Referral number back to uscis about the update that i am not able to see response from field office and today i got email that uscis actively  working and then after few minutes got another email oath ceremony will be scheduled and statu also changed.

Thanks for the help and i checked from old system and its showing assigned office replied my inquiry and i was not able to see that reponse and i sent another inquiry to uscis.
 

Update: I looked on my case history a little while ago and saw this :"July 2, 2021 Your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, was placed in line for oath ceremony scheduling.".
After more than 6 months,my stress is finally over.
This should give hope to anyone here still waiting on the decision..we just have to wait.Good luck to everyone !

Thx dear. there we are 6 peoples for finger prints and oath ..they call us one by one for oath and finger prints and tell us that we will get our passports with visa in 6 to 7 days

My status changed into issued last day and update date is 22 may and today status still same issued and update date changed 23rd may .If visa is issued then why they update case again today?

YES TODAY I GOT CALL FROM AMEX TO COLLECT MY PASSPORT .. I WILL COLLECT MY PASSORT ON MONDAY

i Submit my passport in december 2012 and i got email from embassy for new medical and ds260 in feb . i send these documents on 26th Feb and i got call for finger prints and oath on 12th May 2014..
