I love shoes becuase:

- my feet size does not change

- I can try on 20 pairs w/o having to go into a dressing room and/or take my clothes off

- I LOVE them...

- they make me feel good...

Yea, I that thought had passed my mind. That if I haven't got a RFE then may not at least not for the EAD, AP.

I know I just need to be patient and I know that others have waited a lot longer for any news and you all are all in my positive thoughts for good news soon....

Since you all have been so helpful, I have not had 1 touch and/or emails, lettes, RFE's since my NOA's and Bio Appointment letter.

Is this a bad thing, I know that I have to be patient but I have not seen one person in April or May filers that this has happened too.

Its been 53 days now since the NOA.

"Based on timeline data, your EAD may be adjudicated as early as July 16, 2008*. "

It was July 13th this morning...

It looks like we are in the same boat as far as the applications we sent in and we sent it in on the same date. We will have to be each others cheer leaders.

Yea, I know...I was being hopefull and positive

I am in for the long, ignored haul... Actually i can deal with the interview and the wait for that. I just at least want my EAD. I have lived on my own since I was 15 and NEVER not had some kind of job.

That means I am getting transferred tomorrow. I am thinking positive...LOL

Guys, I just received CRIS email!! My case was transferred today!

It came suddenly, no touch before the email. Everyone who has been waiting for touches, don't lose your hope!

I checked the my timeline again and the date has now moved to July 13th for approx approval for EAD. I am so sad, I have not got one Touch, none. No emails, no news. So discouraging. I know I need to be patient, but I mean almost everyone at least got a touch when they did the biometrics. I wonder if I screwed up badly going to the Biometrics 2 weeks early...

I just checked the approx time for approval on my timeline and it moved up a day for both the AP & the EAD.

I had my Biometrics done on the 14th of May. Waaaahhhh, no USCIS love.

I know that at least here in GA any admin jobs (Admin Assistant, Managers) are piled mile high looking for applicants.

I have been checking too. There are quite a few jobs in insurance around here so hoping to find a good one that will give me a good start. I used to be an Insurance Trainer but to get the same kind of job I will need to get my license too which some companies will pay for when you work for them. Thats what I am looking for and keeping my fingers crossed

Well, I actually will be doing property managment for my husbands company once I get it. I have like 8 years experence in real estate management and I speak spanish.

I did post my resume however, as i may be able to make more money at another company so we will see

Yeah, well from reading around they count the 60 from the NOA date of receipt which mine is May 6th so technically the 60 days should land on July 4th.

In my timeline is states that I should be receiving my EAD July 11th which is approx 60 days from the date of receipt. I know its just an estimate, but its some light at the middle of the Tunnel and I am taking it

July 11th? Mine says July 3d but I hope to get it long before that. Yesterday the very first April AOS filer (filed 04/01) got his EAD. That's very exciting! I've been checking timelines of March and February filers, too, and it seems that they all've been receiving their EAD approvals in approximately 60 days. So, I hope to get mine in two weeks or so... I cannot wait!

Now that would be the BOMB. I am putting out positive vibes for all, that they are just pushing us through w/o RFE and w/o barely touching.....
