Civil documents such as the police report and birth certificate are for the foreign beneficiary. See https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-5-collect-financial-evidence-and-other-supporting-documents/step-7-collect-civil-documents.html for the official requirements. As the USC petitioner, steps 4 & 5 apply to you. This includes the I-864, your proof of US citizenship and US domicile and marriage certificate. If you or spouse were previously married then a original divorce decree or certified copy must also be uploaded which shows the dissolution of the previous marriage.
    Good luck!

Yes, married filing separately. In order to file jointly you need to obtain an ITIN number for your spouse and submit a lot of documentation which can be rather cumbersome. It's better to file MFS now and then once your spouse gets a SSN, you can amend your taxes and file MFJ. That's what we plan to do!

A spouse is never a dependent.

You will have to provide evidence that you actually live in the US or that you have taken concrete steps toward the intent of moving back to the US.

Can u use address of a parent?
i would use it for immigration purposes to show where u will reside when your 2 years are up
June 2023 submitted /look for possible June 2024 +/- for USCIS to send to NVC
At NVC stage,  u can keep case open a year by not finishing the NVC process and notifying them that u want the case kept open /my NVC notice said  how often to contact them to do this

Also,  if u sent a good email ID ,  further notices should come to that ID
doing all above gives u a year and a half,  till u complete and are dq'd at NVC stage
then,  depending on the embassy, there is the additional wait time so naming the embassy is important
many are waiting 6 months to a year for an interview giving u time to complete this 2 year out of US work

If your job in Sweden is with a US company,  no problem/  if not ,  get a joint sponsor for the I 864
and plan to be back in US before or with your spouse

There's one possible correspondence from USCIS that would not come by email, and that is an RFE.  They notify you by email that one is coming, but you won't know what's in it, unless it is received by mail.

There are a couple other times in the process, where a US mailing address is useful, in completing later forms.  In this case, a simple official forward order (to a US Address) is probably sufficient.  USCIS is not very efficient at changing petitioner addresses.

If you don't have a trusted family or friend who can receive mail for you, a virtual mailbox service with US address who scans and checks your mail on your behalf is the way to go.

Congratulations, you won in a lottery in this case! Only 5 K3 visas were approved in entire 2019. I don't know the recent statistics, but it is close to 0 if not 0.

The probability would be somewhat similar to me winning 100 million dollars tomorrow.

I wouldn't risk it. Either all in hand writing or all typed.

There's no obvious downside.  Your action may result in USCIS's pulling your I-130 to match it with the new I-129F and perhaps approving the I-130, because it's been pulled.  The I-129F will be closed, and the CR-1 visa path would be next.

Some I-130 petitioners long in the queue might resent your action in that it's "jumping ahead," but there isn't a formal downside.

Your plan is fine.  No problems. It might speed up your I-130 and it might not, but no harm in trying.

If you filed for the spouse of a US Citizen, then the "years" part of the notice does not apply to you.  A visa is considered to be "immediately available" for a qualifying immediate relative of a US Citizen.  Spouse, step children, and parents qualify.  Just ignore it.

Correct, everything USCIS related went to my husband, who is the petitioner.

Generally no, though of course USCIS has the right to do so.  I have never heard of USCIS doing so.

All mail went to my husband, but I received the e-mail. That might be due to setting up the USCIS account with my e-mail rather then his though. He never received e-mails.

    2. Did you indicate that the beneficiary was your spouse?

    3. Did you file I-130A?

    4. Did you include a cooy of your marriage certificate?

Visas for  immediate relatives of US citizens are not numerically limited.
