I am US citizen.  the AOS is form 485 Correct?   This is for my husband who lives in Morocco 

I am the beneficiary/INSIDE usa.  To do the adjustment of status would be form 485? 
 
Also, I have "3 year" Morocco residency card.  I am ready to MOVE to Morocco if I need to, that is why I picked both. 
OK, seems like I will do 824 form and send it to USCIS and do the 485.

Looking at past posts this is a Consulate case so I 824 it is.

there's no which one is better. you cant pick and choose
i-824 is not the same with i-485. u got confused
 
right now ur i-130 approved but USCIS didnt know where to "transfer" the case because ( i assume) you pick both. u cant pick both. if you make a mistake, then u have to fix the issue with i-824. it will set back your immigration journey quite a bit of time ( for example processing time for texas is 14 months)
 
my question : do you want to file consular processing ( outside US) or adjustment of status (inside US).
if you are the beneficiary and u are outside US, then u do consular processing
if you are the beneficiary and currently inside US = adjustment of status
 
where are u right now? who is the petitioner and who is the beneficiary?
 

I'm really sorry to read this as I am also from Morocco.
I assure you that not all Moroccan man are the same. As with every nationality and ethnicity, there are the good and the bad.
If you meet somebody online for couple of months and may be go visit him/her once and spend some time with him, do you really think you know them enough to actually tie the knot with them?
the red flags should be very visible to you:
does he have a job back home?
age difference
is he trying to rush you to get married
and more things that could trigger suspicions.
I agree that lots of Moroccan man that are trying to hook-up with girls online are only after one thing: a visa to get out, just like every other scam out there.
so, are all Moroccan men the same? NO. Are all Moroccan men good? NO. are all Moroccan men bad? NO.
They are just people looking forward to getting their loves better and sometimes, the "how" does not matter. JUST LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE.
Would I encourage American ladies to marry from abroad, especially if they don't know the person well enough? A BIG FAT NO. Moroccan or not Moroccan, don't take the chance, unless the know the person well.

Hi JeanneAdil thanks for your kind response. Please note that I didn't had to abandon F4, NVC automatically removed my name from CEAC due to CSPA age. By the way can you predict how long it would take to get approved based on the PD. Looking forward!
