I went to secondary… 
 
i was given i -193 with fees waived? I was soooooo nervous i almost peed my pants and I could not understand there explanation. they did not take my GC. They told me to come to my biometric. Does this mean I’m ok? My passports was stamp as admitted ‘LPR’ with 193.  I’m just waiting to be picked up by my relative. 
 
will I undergo interrogation again at the biometrics? 
 
 

manager called CBP  again and was told i can board again. she said she spoke to a different CBP who gave his name because she the manager has to make a report. idk how is it possible to get another CBP if the 2nd CBP said he is the only one working. but the 3rd CBP said that i should expect a secondary inspection once in the usa. i was booked another flight next day by the airline. 
 
my original flight im supposed to land to LAX, now im flying straight to my original destination

1. How long I was gone
2. the reason why I’m gone that long
3. Why I didn’t renew my GC right away
4. they asked all the purpose of travel for each trips I had in the PHIL 
5. They asked why I want to return to the usa
6. do I have family here, who are they 
7. what I did in the PHIL for all those years I was gone
8. what are my ties to the usa
 
They kept asking some of the questions over and over again

I was in secondary for 6 hours. The room was crowded. They looked at all the documents and records I brought. They inspected my luggages and hand carry. They told me that they will deport me right away and that I should start looking for flight back since my GC is no longer valid even with the i 797. Then I was told I will face the immigration judge. They were really scary. I have never been arrested in my life and during that time I felt like I committed a crime. After all the interrogation I waited for another 45 mins and they made me sign the i 193. 
 

 
 

CBP at the airport filled up the i 193 and i signed it and the CBP also signed it. They gave that form to me and they told me to don’t forget to go to my biometrics which is in my i 797.

No and that’s the “last mile” problem of your ordeal.  
 
Once usps.com tells you the day the card is going to be delivered, get a chair and sit near your mail box to await the carrier all day. If the carrier fails to deliver, chase after the carrier to get your card. 
 
A gc delivered to the wrong mail box is something I see several times a year. Those who aren’t proactive have years of agony. 
 
Don’t expect your next gc to be produced as fast. Seize this opportunity. You went through and survived a hellacious CBP secondary. You can do this.  

i got my tracking! do they require signature for delivery?

i went to biometrics yesterday. i did not have any problems. my passport was stamped so i can work. they told me 6 months for GC to arrive.
