What he wants you to do is edit your profile so that it shows you are filing K-1 Fiancee visa and not show Naturalization and the country is of course Vietnam for immigration.
Then people can start to understand.

I just got through yesterday to NVC on the phone, they received my package on Dec 11th from the service center but they stated that they are assigning case numbers that were received
on Nov 15th. So I guess it will be January before I get a case number from NVC.

My hope was I would be getting my case number at NVC already but I finally got through and they just got my case a couple of days ago and the lady told me I will get an email from NVC, with the case number and such, we will see. Two big holidays coming so I am thinking will be January now. Good Luck to everyone!

Yes that is what I meant to say, sorry about that. I drew a memory blank at first when I wrote.
I have done the Visa on arrival twice, always been happy with it and its fast at the airport

We are going through this in Minnesota now, Maya first had her drivers license approved but could not get the actual license until we sent in NOA1 from the AOS process, her license was good for six months and then we went to the license center and showed them her EAD/AP card. Her new license was extended until her EAD/AP card expires next March 2017
The gentleman behind the counter told her once she gets her Green card stamp, she can come in and she will get a normal license with no conditions,
Minnesota at least does not charge a fee for a new license, just bring in paperwork.

You can buy whatever is less expensive. Sometimesa round trip ticket is better priced than one way.

I am not sure but I was thinking the Embassy was closed today for the Pope's visit, so not sure the website might not be working either. Monday is also a holiday as well.

I agree with what has been said but I have 3 friends over the years to visit from China and Singapore on B1/B2 visas only to have the Immigration Officer at the POE write on the back of their I-94 "No AOS" which I guess would mean they cannot Adjust status here if they did get married here.
