  1. What is the minimum required in assets for the unemployed ? I've heard 3x the minimum income and 60k+
  2. Yes. it is not working. Hopefully it's for the better and not because they decided to adopt CAPTCHA, if they do we can say goodbye to these daily tracking reports.

  4. When you are a woman who has a child with an US citizen with whom you are legally married to, your child is a naturally born US citizen. All you have to do is gather all of the documentation, go to the embassy and get your babies' US passport. Things become way more difficult when the child is born out of wedlock.
  5. Ok. Your response makes sense as you want to be on the side of caution Here an attorney explains what I just said https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6v1ElDvyeWw
  6. No it isn't, as wedding ceremonies aren't legally biding. True and irrelevant as they don't actually need a reason to deny entry to anyone. Except for the fact that it wasn't a legally biding ceremony. One could simply acquire a certificate of single in a country that provides it. Think of it also this one. Right after such a ceremony they can still go to city hall or whatever and get legally married to someone else. Our discussion has became redundant at this point as I feel like I'm just repeating myself at this time. Therefore, would you be able to provide any evidence that a non legally biding ceremony would disqualify someone from a K1 visa ? If you do I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
  7. Just look at it this way, If you have just a non legally biding ceremony, it won't qualify you for a CR-1 visa. The same way that if you have such a ceremony, it won't disqualify you for a K1. However as noted on the link that I provided, it is best to have the ceremony after having the K1 visa in hand because the consul will have to investigate if this ceremony was legally biding which would cause a delay on the whole process.
  8. Yes you can have a wedding ceremony in your country as long as it is not a civil marriage in any way. Later you can enter with your K1 visa and then you must have a civil marriage within the 90 days. Religious or ceremonial marriages are not legally biding in the US. There are some exceptions depending on the country of course. Some countries consider religious marriage legally biding. So it is a good idea to verify first to make sure. https://www.sl-immigration.com/fiance-visas-religious-ceremony-abroad/
  9. According to this chart, August cases up to the 123000 group have received approvals this month. These cases were filled around August 12th. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15hiSOTm85W1CG6c0jzQ8B7lXLo1JEwsWKr3zIszC2Zg/edit#gid=0
  10. We got about 106 cases updates for Wednesday. People who celebrate big numbers on Mondays forget that most Saturday numbers get updated on Monday. Wednesdays reflect reality better. Sorry again for being such a party pooper folks.
  11. Any chance of having you publish this script of yours along with perhaps an SOP ?

  13. Sorry to be a party pooper but as it has been stated before, there are overlapping number with July and August. Also most of the Saturday numbers are updated on Monday.
  14. My understanding is that you can file for the work authorization because you have a pending green card application. Also I think this is the wrong place to ask this question since you already got your k1 visa
  15. Wow this is awesome, I wish I was this smart. Are you going to share the program with the rest of us peasants afterwards ? I'm on the August group
  16. Is it the one you're talking about ? I keep getting "Network error" every time I try to run it.

  18. On a more hopeful side of things, they have hired a bunch of people and are also working on updating their tech. So once they get everything sorted out we might see faster times.
