  1. Check this out Seven of Nine, Tertiary Adjunct of Unimatrix Zero One. https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/fiancee-2/the-interview/
  2. What does you ceac tracking say ? at NCV ? They should send more cases to embassies on the 14th and 15th.
  3. I got my case number from NVC. I emailed them on Friday and received the answer today. It still says "At NVC". It was assigned a number on February 1st. Hopefully they'll ship it next week since they are supposed to ship every other week. I'm not holding my breath on that one because they also used to take no more than 6 weeks to create a case.
  4. Every embassy is different. Always check on the embassy's website first. https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/pk 3 supplements/NRB - Nairobi.pdf
  5. There are three Brazilian holidays in April and none of them are on Tuesday.
  6. Did you check the link I posted ? It's all there. https://tr.usembassy.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/91/K1K2-VISA-INSTRUCTIONS-EN.pdf
  7. I would guess it is for safety reasons since Armenia is at war* right now. Every embassy is different so you should check with them https://tr.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/ , but in a nutshell you apply for the DS-160, give the embassy your address, they send you a packet with instructions and you have the interview. *Or whatever people want to call it now days.
  8. My NOA2 is the same as yours. I was going to wait a couple more weeks but since you already got your number I decided to send an inquiry. Let's see how it goes.
  9. I heard once that people born in Hong Kong during British rule would be granted British Overseas citizenship. British Overseas citizenship is one of those bizarre cases like the American Samoan not holding any citizenship but being a national instead. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_Overseas_citizen
  10. When I got my RFE, for something unrelated to yours, I also sent them evidence of our ongoing relationship like boarding passes, copies of every page of our passports and pictures of US together with her family. So I suggest you send them pictures of the two of you with family. And don't forget a cover letter explaining everything. Mine got approved about two weeks after sending the package.
  11. Maybe you should submit an inquiry specifically asking for the case number from NVC. Make sure you add full names and date of birth for both of you.
  12. People on this forum have reported that it took about one month for the case to be received by the NVC from USCIS. So this is good news mainly to those approved in November. We should expect something by the end of February.
  13. I think it is too soon for you as they are working on cases received on 16-Nov-22, so you should wait a couple of weeks and then send them an inquiry.
  14. So as I said. My fiance wrote this letter, took a picture of it and sent it to me. I printed it on a 10x8 photo and they accepted it.
  15. When I sent my intent to marry, I printed it and signed it. Because it happened during covid during the lockdown, my fiancee wrote it by hand, took a picture of it and sent it to me. I printed it as a big photo. It got approved. You won't get denied because of it, but expect to receive an RFE. The date they're talking about is within 90 days after arriving in the US, so make sure you include that in your letter. Just say you're gonna get married within the 90 days, you don't need a specific date.
  16. When I got mine I also sent them extra proof of our ongoing relationship. I put it in a separated envelope and I wrote something like "Please forward this to the embassy as extra evidence of out ongoing relationship". My case got approved about two weeks after they received it. I sent it USPS priority and it took about two days to get there.
  17. My NOA2 is December 1st. I sent an inquiry recently and received the "We have your case, just sit tight" email. I guess I'll send another one in the beginning of March. I'm hoping for an interview before April.
  18. They're still working on November cases, so don't expect any updates until next month https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html
